I’ve been using Optibac for a few years, Im a pharmacist and always come back to it. It’s gentle on my stomach, doesn’t cause bloating like some cheaper probiotics, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my digestion and energy levels. Especially my IBS I also find it helps when I’m travelling or under stress my stomach just feels more “settled.” I like that it’s vegan and doesn’t need to be refrigerated, which makes it easy to take every morning with my supplements. Ich hatte mir das Produkt zur Darmsanierung gekauft, da ich laktoseintolerant bin. Ich wollte es nur 30 Tage nehmen, aber da sich meine Laktoseintoleranz tatsächlich besserte und ich auch weniger krank wurde (bzw. ich hatte Schnupfen, aber es ist nix schlimmeres geworden) nehme ich es seitdem durchweg, aber nur immer eine Tablette. Wer größere Tabletten nicht gut schlucken kann, dem ist das Produkt wohl nicht zu empfehlen, ich hab aber keine Probleme und ich hab das Gefühl meine Immunabwehr ist besser geworden. Es ist natürlich nur ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und man sollte noch Vitamine, Mineralien usw. über die Nahrung zu sich nehmen. ;)
