Perfect size, they didn’t have a weird smell, we sleep amazing, the thickness is just right, and even after almost 3 years or so they still support our heads and are firm.

I have ordered several pillows throughout the years that were described as firm and thinner than regular pillows but sadly none of them were. In fact many got lumpy quite quickly These pillows are exactly a described They are firm and relatively thin. My neck and spine felt better I got restful sleep side sleeping as well as on my back and sleeping on my stomach

I received this product during a torrential downpour. The box was ruined, however, the excellent packaging kept the pillows protected and dry.These pillows will be guest pillows, but are a great value for the price and very comfortable.

I loved the sale & coupon. The pillows arrived fast. They did puff out a tiny bit, it seems to have a dent I can't smooth out. The cooling part... yikes no, I still wake up cos I'm too hot. .. Personally, I'm disappointed, it's thinner than the old pillow I hoped to replace. It's thinner than any hotel/motel pillow I have used. The pillows are very soft and very pretty. Just a bit too thin & not sure how to activate the cooling perk.

These Mueller Hotel Collection pillows are great. I ordered a set six months ago for my guests but ended up using them myself instead. They are soft but they keep their shape and are very comfortable. So i bought another set this month for my next round of guests :)

Too plush for me, I sink too much. I let the company know, however I wasn’t returning them as with coupon a great price. One went into my dog’s bed he loves pillows. The most AMAZING thing happens, Bill with USA E Mart sends me a msg. He wants to refund my purchase and I can keep the pillows. Doesn’t want me to spend my money on something I don’t like/use. I nearly hit the floor reading his message! “Doesn’t want me to waste my money” , I had to read it a couple times…lol. This is caring for your customers, what “Customer Service” stands for. Honestly I wish they sold everything. Customer service is every where, but not “caring”. Thanks Bill.

Pillows came beautifully packaged. I have neck problems and these pillows were very adaptable for supporting my neck. I would highly recommend these pillows. Even bought a 2nd set for my wife. Also they fluff up very nicely after opening if you follow the instructions for using your dryer. May even buy a 3rd set for our cottage. I did purchase the queen size.

These pillows aren’t terrible but they’re not great either. They’re pretty soft but they’re so flat. If you like soft and flat this could work for you but I like my pillows fluffy. I’ve honestly had better pillows purchased at the store for five bucks.Not hotel quality at all. Might be suitable for a child.
