Recently purchased this agility ladder & cones & was pleasantly surprised at the quality once it arrived. The packaging was nice, which is a carry bag that fits the ladder, cones and stakes to anchor the ladder. They also give you access to a pdf file download of training instructions which was very useful. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to master footwork and speed for boxing or any other physical sport! Thank You!!!

I have purchased other speed ladders for our soccer team in the past, but this set I would highly recommend. The bars are fixed to the straps so they hold their position well. The straps have eyelets at each end and pins to hold the ladder secure and straight. The bars are also heavier weight then other sets so they hold up to the abuse of a soccer team pounding across them regularly. I am planning to purchase another set to replace others that we have.

Very disappointed. The description and images online show the presence of 2 workout books included in the Pro Agility Ladder and Cone package. These books are not included in the actual package that arrives at your door. This seems to be a persistent issue as there are several reviews and questions posted, inquiring about said missing books. This company is deceitful and the product quality is subpar. The ladder is comprised of a cheap plastic that doesn't feel durable or able to withstand a full/intense workout. I've reached out to the company twice now -- still no replay about the missing books. BUY BEWARE
