Scooby-Doo: 13 Spooky Tales- Holiday Chills and Thrills

A fun set of episodes to throw on during the holidays. Very happy.

This is 2 discs with varies old and newer episodes and movies all pertaining to snow or the holiday. My kids loved it and that is all that matters.

Childhood was great but watching the old cartoons is better now

I'm not one much for new scooby doo, but seeing older winter episodes on the disc made it worthy. My youngest LOVES Scooby doo, and I love the fact she can love the same ones I did.Ps) If you're looking for 1969-1971, look for "scooby doo where are you!"

You get Scooby from a number of different eras and incarnations, so if you're somebody who likes to see the progression of the cartoon, this is for you. You get Scooby in the original series, some from the late 70's, the 80's (where Velma just doesn't sound right), and some of the more recent versions of the franchise. It's entertaining and kind of interesting to see how the characters have changed over the years.

My 4 year old loves Scooby Doo, just as I did when I was little, and I was looking for a Christmas/winter themed Scooby DVD before the holidays and this was perfect! What I was most excited about was that this set includes "The Nutcracker Scoob," which was a two part special in the mid 1980s that I loved as a kid. This set covers a wide range of the Scooby Doo series incarnations over the years, including an episode from the original series "Scooby Doo, Where Are You?", episodes from "The New Scooby Doo Movies" from the early 1970s, some from the mid 1970s, several from the early 2000s series "What's New, Scooby Doo?" and a brand new 2012 episode. Personally, I like the "The Nutcracker Scoob" and the 1970s episodes the best. The set includes a few late 1980s 7 minute shorts featuring Scooby and Scrappy, which we really disliked and didn't think they added anything to the set. Aside from those, we love all the episodes and have watched them many times.

I bought this for “it’s the nutcracker Scoob”. It was on Cartoon Network when my boys were young and we loved it but have never been able to find it. So I’m incredibly happy to finally have this in my collection. Can’t wait to watch it.

Me encantó el DVD, contiene 13 episodios de diferentes épocas, todos tienen en común que ocurren en Navidad o en paisajes nevados. Todos están en español latino, como los vimos en la TV. Los disfrutará toda la familia, hay un episodio de la serie original de principios de los 70, y otros muy recientes, de los que han visto los más chicos últimamente en ta TV.

My daughter is a serious Scooby doo fan and she has almost all of the films now. This one popped up on my search so I had to purchase. It has been watched many times alreadyYou can never get bored of Scooby Doo and the gang :-)

Love that the old episodes are included. The new episodes are quite scary for young children, whereas the older episodes are humorous and don't lead to nightmares. Fantastic to have a DVD of episodes because you can finish one before bed in no time as opposed to pausing a movie.
