You can use an aluminum sheet to loosely cover and keep it clean. Works better too if uncovered as the heat gets to the food faster.

Hello, this is a slow-cook oven, so it will take about 30-40 mins to warm up the food, but for the best taste, we recommend you use it for 90mins. And this mini oven will take 2+ hours to cook raw food, no temperature control, no worry about overcook.

Is it okay to use on metalic/steel/platnium containers with lid on?

I have tried containers made of those materials. Aluminum works well.

Can you stack 2 flat containers in this product and still get both hot?

This is something we haven’t tried to do, but I’m sure it would work. I pack 2 breakfast sandwiches and a container of food (all side by side) and both get hot.
