Works well on my rc lawn mower.
I had a hard time finding a good fpv camera. This worked perfectly.

Great purchase, test soon.
I have purchased two of these kits, both are ground based units. Line of sight reception range is great in high power mode. First set works great for what it's mounted on. (Inspection vehicle) Second set has an overheating issue with the camera. After 8 minutes it fails and only static from the transmitter. I've swapped cams between the vehicles, TX stayed. Problem followed camera. Test your purchases on the bench before your 30 day expires as failures can happen. I'm not mad, I need a wider lens anyway on this unit.

Incorrect Voltage Information
I had a hell of a time getting this guy to work. Both VTX AND Camera need 12v to operate. I had kind of a flaky PDB that was outputing 9.something volts on it's 12v output pins and the VTX was blinking on and off. It's now connected directly to the 3S battery input (stacked on top of the battery leads) and seems to be working quite well! I may add a capacitor on the cables to try and smooth it out further. Regardless of if you have a PDB with 12v out or not, the camera I received would not operate off of the 5v out supplied by the VTX via the servo connector and the camera needed its own power run. The antenna is going to break very quickly too I think on my buddy quad. Maybe okay on an FPV plane though.

Great bang for your buck
So far, great range, super clear image, not the widest angle, but very little fish eye distortion, great for fpv. Soldered it to my power distribution board and have it running off of my quads battery. Will update of anything changes.

Excellent video
Excellent video quality. Like others, I've discovered the running voltage is not 5v. If you try to run on a 5v source (like 4 AA's) you'll need fresh batteries that output 6v. Under 5.2 volts the camera will not power up.

I love these for my bashers
Title says it all. These are great value. Sure, there are many many other FPV systems with better picture, less lag, HD, less weight , etc - but none of those are under $30. Hell, none are under $70-$80.
