They Help My Hand and Not Sticky
I will be having hand surgery soon and in the meantime, on advice of my occupational therapist, have been using the exercise egg. These come in different firmness; the orange one is on the gentle side and is the one I use. At first it felt a bit sticky. But, again on advice of my therapist, I washed it with dish soap and water, and it was fine. It's super-comfortable and fun to play with like being a kid. Recommend.

IT DOES WHAT IT NEEDS TO DO...
I gave 4 stars because I wish the balls were a tad bit bigger. Otherwise, they are perfect for when I donate blood plasma at the service center. I put the ball in my hand and begin pumping my fist. The other balls,, my grandchildren likes to play with squeegee toys, and of course its a great distraction for my grancats.

Great easy way to exercise arthritis stiffness away!
I was a little skeptical at first but I thought to myself…why not give it a try? I have arthritis in my hands and I have been noticing a severe loss of gripping strength over the last few years. I finally decided to try adding this simple Excercise Ball to my daily routine. I like the different strength levels with each ball in a set of 4. It made it easy for me to start on the easiest strength and work my way up as strength builds. This tool literally looks just like an egg, in shape and size so it fits perfectly in your palm. I have been using it daily for 2 weeks and I can most definitely tell I have gained strength in my hands…mainly it has helped to strengthen my fingers. I use this daily and will continue to do so! It’s affordable, perfect size, easy to use. The only negative was that I thought it would come with an exercise booklet but it didn’t. So I just googled it and easily found numerous exercise charts online specifically for arthritis in the hands and finger joints.

I like it!
Delightful. Noticeably different grip strength in each squeeze ball. Not sticky. The texture feels good on my skin. Grippy enough not to slide out of my hand. If you’ve not use to using a hand/wrist/arm strengthening device, go SLOW!! It does not take a lot to feel the resistance. Start low and find the right amount of reps for YOU. I am using the yellow ball. I overdid it and my wrist was a little sore later. I thought this is nice while on break from work (typing). A few minutes later my wrist was not happy with me.

only sent half the items.
Good enough for their intended purpose. Description calls out 4 pieces. Only sent two. Missing green and blue squeeze eggs from my order. Had my full order been delivered I would have given a better rating. Great product for sore fingers and hands. Works really good for flushing out swelling.

Purchased these for my parents and they use them all the time. They're very happy with how they feel in the hand. Definitely recommend.

4 levels to help your hand grip and strength progress nicely. Lots of online videos on how to use effectively. But a bit sticky, hence 4 stars.

I have Parkinson’s disease. I don’t tremble but my hands have lost their strength and I can’t close my left writing hand. My right hand has a grip of 18, when it should be over 25, and my left hand struggles to get to 8. I was looking at an easy way to exercise my hands recognising their different strengths. Now I can exercise my right hand with the orange ball at the same time as my left hand with the softer yellow ball. Also I can exercise both at the same times while watching TV. While small the oval balls are the right size for effective hand exercise. What a wonderful and inexpensive way to help my damaged hands. My aim is to move up to using the blue and green balls. Highly recommended.

This thing’s oddly satisfying. Great resistance, smooth action, and my trigger finger’s never felt stronger. I started using it during Zoom calls and now I can’t stop. My cat, however, thinks it’s some kind of high-stakes game—he stalks it like prey. 10/10 for hand strength
