When our last baby monitor died on us I was determined to try something that may cost more money but would provide the features and logevity my Wife and I desired. This Evoz Glow has not disappointed.First, setup is a breeze. You download the intuitive and frankly quite useful free app from the App Store, plug in the monitor, scan the QR code and your in.Second, the quality of materials is awesome. The camera isn't heavy, but it's solid. The use of magnetic latches for the mount and the camera itself is genius and it holds its position well while providing a wide range of motion.Third, the software just works. It's one thing to create a good baby monitor, it's another to put in the UI and creative work into its software/app, and they did a fantastic job here. It's polished, has tons of features that I wish we could have utilized when our son was younger (feeding schedules, sleeping tips, diaper change logs, etc etc). We love the included lullaby options as well, and the ability to turn off and on the built in night light via the app.Fourth, the quality of the video/image. I was hesitant to purchase a baby monitor without a standalone screen but I'm happy I did. We ended up using a spare iPad2 that we had lying around as our dedicated screen for our bedroom and it worked out better than I expected. The video quality is HD and clear with little distortion or blur, even under night conditions. The audio is also clear and we can hear our Son well and anything else going on the room.Overall, I have to say if your on the fence about this monitor because of the price and lack of reviews, I have to urge you to give a shot. I don't normally give such high praise reviews but this monitor deserves it. Well done Evo Inc.

This does NOT work as a baby monitor and I would not recommend it to any new parents. The software/app supporting it does not work. It is buggy and constantly times out. Whether you have it in video or audio mode it always glitches out. There is no leaving it on while you sleep because it will turn off on you. We have both contacted their tech support and while they have responded to us, they have not given us any solutions. We now have a $200 baby monitor that does not work. I really wish I had bought something else or had it of mind to return it while I was still able. That's the funny thing about two parents that work full time--they don't have the time to think about things like that.Best use for it? SOMETIMES it works to dial into the camera when you are away from home. If you want to look in on your baby you might be able to see but more than likely that won't work either and if it does, the image will be glitchy and the app will crash.

I love the design of this monitor. The bottom of the camera and the base are magnetized so you can swivel the camera any way you want with total precision. The video quality is amazing and I appreciate the security this monitor affords. You can invite as few or as many people to access the monitor as you want. Most of all it's really fun to peek in on the baby when I'm at work. It gives me little bursts of pleasure throughout the day to see him sleeping or rolling around in his crib. Fun!

We purchased the Evoz baby monitor for our now two month old son. This is a great baby monitor. Setup was very easy, the app is intuitive to use, and we like the magnetic base that allows the camera to be turned to different angles easily. The picture quality is very clear, even in the dark. The night light and lullaby music features are a bonus. We have also used the Nest camera, which even though is not specifically a baby monitor, was also recommended by friends. Compared to the Nest, the Evoz has better picture quality and the its baby monitor features make its alerts more accurate for a baby. It's clear that this is a well designed, well thought out product. Inexpensive baby monitors are a dime a dozen, but you get what you pay for. Given the exceptional picture quality and baby-specific features, we feel like we definitely got our money's worth with the Evoz.

We're so happy with our Evoz monitor - love the fun design and way it can easily be positioned in its holder. Works on both my iphone and my husband's android. And has great picture quality.

We had some hiccups getting it to connect at first, but their amazing customer service got us up and working very shortly after! The phot quality is amazing and all the features set it apart from other monitors (security or baby) definitely my top choice :)

Wifi antenna could be more powerful and a hold that allows to position it vertically above the baby without tape would be great.Updated 2 years later: the wifi connection drops every few days, forcing us to go through the reconnection process. No way to update the firmware. So I’ve reconnected this device to my wifi network about 200 times in 2 years. Awful.
