I thought I would dislike the timer in my facial room, but it doesn’t bother anybody at all!This product has a quality plastic tub. (Watch out for other steamers that bend and melt and soften).I’m really glad I bought this. BUT WE WANT PINK OR WHITE PLEEESE!!? Blue is not attractive and suits people who decorate in blue (not us) lol you should design for Estheticians :)I can easily put nine PLUSH microfiber facial towels from MOONQUEEN in there. Just have to be a little creative on folding it, so it fits the height. I don’t need to put 12 in there. 10 minutes is enough…if you leave towels in there longer they’re way too hot to touch. Comes with a nice metal pair of tongs.My only negative is the lid. Can be hard to grip small tab with wet, gloved hand!! So I folded a piece of waterproof foam tape on the lid to give it more of an extension…works. Perfect!Don’t put essential oils in your steamers because that’s what ruins the plastic. It doesn’t matter what the packaging says!

The media could not be loaded. Great counter top towel warmer. Definitely a value. Mine did come with a small crack in the base plate but does still work fine. It is a bit fragile so be careful when cleaning it. Very quick to steam and really heats the towels wonderfully do use the included tongs I did purchase a larger pair of tongs that were wood since the metal ones would over heat placed in the holder.

I really enjoy hot steamed towels and this unit performed as advertised. Water was easy to add to the unit externally so I didn't have to remove the top to fill. The interior was very spacious and I could fit nine hand towels. The unit started almost instantly and the towels were very warm within minutes. Loved the timer and water level. Overall, excellent steamer and the blue color is a welcome change from white and black.

Heats up quickly. I like putting my towels in damp and it take 10 mins for a towel to be ready for a facial. They get very hot.

I reached out to you after sitting on an unpacked item for to long. I’m trying to begin my own company and when going to use your product on a client who has failed both parties, sadly I gave it 5 more tries, each time everything worsened! Within the beginning it wasn’t wet or hot enough after we, I sat in front of it for well over 5 hours! In the end being a dry in hot towel that smelt like funky electrical although you can get it wet WET good luck getting it out with your youngest!Please Just refund me already. You should have answered me when I called to return the item initially. I demand a full refund and if you ever get in touch with me………. Perhaps, you’ll get WHY!?

Got warm rather quickly but honestly the towels were just too hot for the service I needed it for! I couldn’t even pick the towels up by hand without it burning me!I definitely don’t want to burn my clients face because it just got too hot with no way to control how fast they actually got hot. Great product but not for what I was needing it for which was facial services! Just be careful not to burn yourself or your clientsI would be nice if you could control the temperature verses just setting it to 5 mins 10 mins 20 minsHow about low medium high lolSo that’s why I gave it 3 starts
