Q: Are these flame resistant

Cotton-polyester blends pose a special flammability problem because the thermal and mechanical properties of the fibers are so different. Cotton tends to char on heating but generally maintains some structural integrity; polyester normally melts and flows at temperatures of ca. 260°C. (From Google) I use these near grinding sparks with no issues. If you need them to be Fire Retardant, I would suggest getting specialist trousers.

Q: Will a 32W Regular - fit a 32 Leg?

I would think so. I buy short legs for a 30'' inside leg. These are seriously hard wearing trousers. I've haven't bought any other brand in over ten years. And, they are really comfortable too.

Q: Are these slim fitting

Hi, I bought these for my son, he's 6ft 5", a 38" waist and has chunky legs, they fit him perfectly, not too tight and not baggy. He found them true to size.

Q: How low/high do these trousers sit? Towards the waist or more the hips?

The trouser seat sits high above the waist, therefore you have to pull the trousers much higher in order for them to feel comfortable around the crotch, hence why I sent them back. If it wasn't for the long seat then these trousers would be perfect.
