Average, but has some fan noise
The mini PC came loaded with Windows and very minimum bloatware. The access to update RAM and hard drive is easy. I added 1 TB SSD and 8GB of RAM. The system is fine for everyday tasks ( web browsing, YouTube, MS Office). Only negative is ram pops in quite oftenand sometime when not doing too CPU intensive tasks. I wish I could change the default fan speed easily. mounting bracket is okto mount vertically, to mount it nicely under the shelf horizontally I needed extra support.

Fake Specs on Network Speed
The specs are fake on the network speed. The ad states 1000M yet it will only get 100M. It has a standard Gigabyte interface and will only get around 100M. This is from the ad: 1*DC jack, 4*USB3.0, 1*RJ45 1000M, HDMI*2, Audio jack (HP&MIC)*1, Type-C. Even the USB type c is only version 3.0 and not the latest 3.2. Using the RJ45 plug will only get you 100M of speed. If you have a special USB to RJ45 adapter, you can get around 250M to 350M with a Cat 8 cable using the type C outlet. If the type C outlet was a version 3.2, then we would have even better speed. I contacted the shipper who took weeks to get back and asked for a photo of the speed. Then no reply at all. Terrible service. Seems the shipper just waits until the return time with Amazon expires.

The bragged about Wake on Lan feature is absolutely broken.
The wake on Lan feature, which was practically bragged about in the product description is broken. Enabled by default in the bios, I also disabled all power saving options I could possibly identify in the bios, I enabled all the options in the driver settings for wak on lan/ magic packet, I disabled all the windows and Realtek driver options for power saving, yet still... The ethernet port/ NIC sleeps when windows goes into sleep mode. I also disabled windows fast boot in system settings, I also made sure none of the PCIe rails were gated via bios settingd when the computer sleeps. This feature is broken.

Works perfectly for my Plex Media Server
I picked this up for my Plex Server. The PC booted right up. I added an extra 8GB of RAM just to give it some additional memory. I've never done that myself and it was really easy. I'lll eventually add an internal hard drive which also looks to be an easy DIY. I saw the blank space inside. For now, I have my two external HDs and a USB CD/DVD reader. I love how small the PC is. The fan isn't too loud. I have it under my desk and I barely hear it. There's also a little bracket if you want to hang the machine on the wall or mount it to your desk. My bluetooth keyboard and mouse immediately connected but I did need to use a wired keyboard to get to bluetooth settings. If you're looking for something lightweight and don't requite a powerful PC for your tasks, this is a great option.

Will NOT run Linux
It says that it runs a variety of operating systems, including Linux and Ubuntu (which is just a flavor of Linux). We could load the Linux operating system just fine, but the machine would not boot up. Don't say you run an operating system if it doesn't work.

Great size for the power
Bought this to replace an older computer all the kids shared. It definitely delivered in power, ease of use, and features. Worked first time with multiple curved 27” monitors. Worth the price.

So far, great!
This computer was a Christmas gift. So far, it works quite well! Speed, features, and performance are all as expected or better. I can't say rate its 'staying power.' We've only had it for a little more than a month.

Outstanding !
Install another matching 8g memory stick (so Intel will run dual channel). Also added SATA 6 2.5' 7mm drive for like $30.00.Trigkey is a great little/mini box.Great value for a cheap dirty old bastard like me...
