Do not put it in the freezer, it is too cold and feels uncomfortable. Rather keep it in the refrigerator, as you can immediately wear it when you feel a headache coming on.

Brilliant for migraines. Keeps cold for a decent amount of time, and great compression. I would get 2 to cycle in the freezer.
