Q: is this good for labs?

Yes, they are full seal protective eyewear. However, I am not sure if they are corrosive rated or not. They will protect glasses and eyes from impacts and fragments while doing experiments, so I would say they are good for lab work, but not super dangerous lab work, just in case something happens and you may be liable.

Just received mine yesterday. Yes, I can wear 'em with glasses - there are notches in the side shrouds for the glasses' side frames to go through.Might not be wide enough for big, black frames though. - Don

I would lean on the side of most likely. They fit over your prescription eyeglasses and are so comfortable around your face, well cushioned, for impact, maybe? They are of good quality and great price too. I wear them on my Jet Ski
