Johari West Men's Big and Tall Short Sleeve Tropical Hawaiian Cotton Shirt

I now have six of these shirts, but in different colors. While I like Hawaiian shirts, I am at that age where you see too many retired looking guys walking around in hibiscus and plumeria combos. While those shirts do look nice, I like something a bit different and not so "look at me I'm retired and wish I lived in Hawaii". These shirts are unique and I have been complimented on them. The material is comfortable and seems durable. I have washed and dried them a few times and have not seen any color loss.I had some older shirts that I hated to part with, but they were looking a bit long in the tooth and starting to fall apart, so it was necessary to replace them. These fit the bill nicely.

Love these shirts.I have at least 15 of these shirts in various colors and patterns. Nice quality, come out of the dryer without needing ironing if removed promptly. The patterns are made by hand, and they look a lot nicer than the generic printed Hawaiian style shirts.My favorite part is I can order these in TALL sizes.As you'd expect with a Hawaiian style shirt, these have a generous cut. So, these are somewhat large compared to a typical shirt style, but they were sized as I expected for a loose Hawaiian style shirt.I sometimes wear XLT and sometimes wear 2XLT. In these shirts, XLT is the correct size for me. If in doubt on size, I'd round down.

I am replacing about 7 Tommy Bahama shirts that are about fifteen years old and was hoping to find a comparable shirt in style, design and quality...for about half the exorbitant price. These shirts cost about $45.00 on average and the Tommy's run $150.00. I was very surprised at the quality of these shirts, the excellent fit and finish, and the modest price can't be beat. No threads hanging lose, the stitching is very well done and the colors are vibrant, even after several washings!

I bought this shirt as a present for my husband and he really liked it. The shirt is very well made and looks more expensive than the price would suggest. He had the same complaint that another reviewer had - the shirt was a little snug around the shoulder/sleeve area. It looked great and didn't appear to be tight, but when he crossed his arms in front of his body there wasn't any give. We ordered a size up after sending the smaller size back and it's just right to his way of thinking. He likes a roomier shirt anyway and the shirt doesn't appear baggy even though it's a little big. Let me say my husband is very, very picky about his clothes, but he likes the look and feel of this shirt so much he plans on buying a couple more.

This shirt fits well and is colorful. I really like it. It's 100% cotton and didn't shrink after the first washing - that's very good!It's a little heavier than I like for the summer but it does work and it is quality made.I'd buy more.

I love these shirts so much! I have bought many for my husband, who loves them. They have such awesome, batik patterns, are so well made, and have a comfortable, relaxed fit. He wear them over t-shirts and they look great. I bought this one for my dad, who is in Florida. He loved it, my mom loved it too. Great, soft cotton fabric too. Highly recommend.

This was the worst cut shirt I have ever purchased. I am not even sure how to explain it. There was literally nothing about the shirt that was done correctly. I want to note, that I am not looking for a refund. I am keeping the two shirts I bought and writing it off to a bad choice. The shirts were long enough, but had this weird taper to them, and the sleeves were way too long. If you are a big man, do not buy these shirts. I will also note the fabric is stiff, and of low quality.

I love this shirt! I've received a lot of compliments. It is well tailored and fits as expected. It has washed well with very little shrinkage and only touch up with a warm iron is required. I have a half dozen of the these shirts and plan to buy more.
