Great product, bad packaging.
The sign is just as described. Unfortunately, it arrived bent. Packaging should have been better.

Arrived bent in a flimsy amazon bubble mailer.
Cute picture but it was bent like a pretzel..Amazon was cool and refunded me and also let me keep the item, so i'm trying to leave it under something heavy for a few months to see if it will be straighter for Christmas. If not then it'll be recycled.

Bad packaging
This retro pink metal sign is pretty cute. However, it was not packaged well and arrived bent. It was put in a manila envelope and popped in the mail. Although I was able to straighten it out some and fit it in the back of a collection of other things, I was not happy about it. And it definitely would not be giftable in that condition. You get what you pay for.
