Nice kit of dried veg, good to get an idea of what you'd like to buy later. A bit expensive, maybe.
Nice kit of many dried vegetables to try. Measure what you want, mix and match. Soak in water to rehydrate. Cook to desired softness. Tastes surprisingly good.

Soul Food
I never review for Amazon products…. But I ran here to give a 5 star rave. I have depression so cooking is hard for me. THIS IS LITERALLY SAVING MY LIFE! If you have depression or any type of issue where cooking can be stressful buy this. Like immediately. It’s elite in instant foods. So easy to make you literally don’t even have to turn the stove on. Also, if you like to play like I do, it makes me feel like I’m definitely living in the future. I wanna tell my great great great grandparents about this super cool food that doesn’t rot away and is ready to eat just by adding a little water IT’S SO COOL!!

Dehydrated vegetables
The dehydrated veggies came as described. I cooked soup with carrots, celery, onions and corn for 3hrs and corn was not hydrated. Despite using chicken and vegetable broth with thyme it didn't taste right.

Good variety of noncanned food for the pantry
Nicenti have for cooking whenyou live where you cant run to the store every week and not have to use canned. Cuts down on sodium intake.
