Not the same as the Amazon photo
Please note this 10 way Premium Line extension socket is not the same as it appears in the UK Amazon web site photo. Two sockets at one end are offset at a different angle so they will not accept larger wall warts, WiFi plugs etc. They are also a darker shade of grey.I have taken this discrepancy up with the uk wholesaler, Pickmore. They said it is unusual to have any issues with Brennenstuhl products but didn’t offer to replace it, only refund me.In all other respects this extension block is exactly what I need so I asked Pickmore to replace but they ignored follow up messages I sent through Amazon. I conclude good customer service is not important to them.It is possible, shorter Premium Line extension blocks have the same problem with different socket offsets. If this is an issue, check before you buy.
