Not what I expected
I have used Skin Owl Neck Concentrate previously, and it worked very well. So when I ran out, I ordered another bottle, but it was extremely watered down or something, (maybe due to cold weather??), don't know, but either way it wasn't the thick gel consistency I was expecting. I left it in a warm room hoping it would "firm up" to a more gel like consistency, but no luck. Very disappointed that a $68.00 purchase is not useable. Think I'll have to look for other suppliers.
