I was ordering these once every 3 months. They where the only ones I could find that didn't have an awful taste. Order them last month and received the unseparated or whole capsule. I don't even know why they would sell them that way. Got 1000 of them. So thinking I made the mistake I made sure it stated separated. Checked my order history and yes that's what I ordered. So I thought maybe it was their fault. Ordered again and WOW they came whole. Not sure who I'm gonna order from now. I make 100 capsules at a time. Seperating them is a pain in the A$$. Will not buy from this company again.

These are sorted in separate bags if you ordered the separated ones. They fit together perfect if you use one of the little plastic capping machines that do 100 capsules at a time. I got the one with the english instructions because the first time you use the machine you will most likely need the instructions. I suppose it could be figured out but this way it took about 10mins to get set up and then about 2hrs to make about 500 capsules. These capsules are clean, smell fine, taste fine and work perfect.....and they are USA made. Cant go wrong plus the separated ones will save you a lot of time separating them anyway. so for a few extra dollars you will save that and more in time.

I buy 1000 capsules every month and these are by far the worst ones I have ever used. Most of them are warped and when I tried to use them in my capsule filling machine over half of them cracked and it wasted ALOT of my supplements. I have never had any problems with capsules purchased on Amazon, but I will never purchase this brand again! I am not happy at all.

I have a hard time swallowing my chalky medicine. It's gotten stuck in my throat before. Yes, very scary. I used to get capsules locally, but they rarely carried the size I needed. Then they started asking me questions, like what I was going to use it for. Very embarrassing to give them the explanation in front of other customers. It's a bit inconvenient that the capsules are separated (small end in one bag, large in the other), but I think I understand why. If it's humid, the capsules might stick together. They're a bit expensive, but I need them, and it's a reputable company. So, they're working out great!

The capsules I received on my last order were absolutely unusable. Two different sizes of capsules were in both separated bags which prevented the capsules from joining together. In addition, many looked shriveled like they had been exposed to elements. I've reached out to the company, Purecaps, with no response or attempt to rectify the order other than shipping them back at the cost of my time to drop them off. I have ordered from this company before without incident, but due to the overall lacking customer service of this last order of poorly made capsules, I will not order with them again.
