brilliant! it’s simple, looks sleek, doesn’t move while typing, fits great, makes typing ever so slightly harder but it’s something you can overcome. has given me so much peace of mind, keyboards in general are so fiddly and i’m constantly worrying, but this takes all that away. can snack while working too hahaha! it comes with stickers to keep it on your keyboard, but i personally take it off every time i shut my macbook as over time, more pressure on the screen (even the tiniest layer - like this keyboard cover) will cause it to break. so i recommend taking it off every time you’re not using your laptop and slipping it in the sleeve with the laptop. but overall, amazing product!

I bought one of these for my MacBook Pro when I bought it. Can’t remember the brand, but it was rubbish, didn’t fit well at all and started falling to pieces shortly after I put it on. Therefore, I was rather hesitant for buying one for my new MacBook Air. However, I decided that the principle was good so went with this beauty. It is superb, fits like glove and is most robust. Just the job!

Really good, sturdy and honestly fits so perfectly I didn’t feel the need to use the stickers to keep the keyboard cover on so I’m going to leave it as it is. The main issue I have is that the top is slightly warped which is annoying and it’s not as clear as I was expecting. However, I guess that’s good since it won’t stain or get oily quickly. I like that it has a cleaning cloth, it would be nice if it had a wipe too tho! The cleaning cloth is really nice and thick though? Which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, is definitely good value for what you pay.

I have used other keyboard protectors previously, and they didn't last long as they started stretching or sliding out of place. I was sceptical about this product initially, thinking that this would be the same. But I have a new MBP 13", and given various keyboard problems Apple have had in previous versions of MBPs, I wasn't going to take any risks by allowing any dust/crumbs to get under the keys and potentially having expensive repairs further down the line. I'm happy to say that I have been pleasantly surprised. The sheet just fits and doesn't go out of place even after heavy use. That's without any double-sided tape (which a different silicon protector I used previously had). It does change the tactile feedback of the keyboard, but you get used to it after a while. Also, there has been no issues with heat – the fan hardly activates, so clearly there is no issue with heat getting trapped. If you are keen to protect your keyboard (and what's underneath), I would heartily recommend it. Update: approx. 8 months on, the protector still hasn't become deformed in any way. It still fits snuggly on my keyboard and the keys underneath are dust-free and look as new as when I bought my MacBook Pro. Who would have thought a bit of TPU could last so long and be so effective!

It’s not soft enough, so it’s uncomfortable to type fast.

This is a 3 month on review after daily use. I can now comfortably say the keyboard cover is an excellent option to protect your precious Mac! The fit is perfect and the colour in my opinion is great. I have accidentally dropped water on the keyboard and this has saved me many times. Every so often I take it off, clear up any dust that has managed to get under the cover and pop it back on and it looks new again. Would highly recommend this cover to anyone looking to protect their MacBook from spills and dust build up. Also saves your keyboard from greasy fingers when you can't stop snacking while working!

This item seems ok but I thought it would look nicer quality considering its price for what it is as it has a more frosted look then being fully transparent and that makes it look cheaper in my opinion, I’m not sure about durability yet as I haven’t had it long. It definitely feels different when typing on it tho, you can also accidentally partly remove it if you catch the edges of it when typing, if it had been £4.99 ? I wouldn’t be too bothered but at nearly £10 I think it should be a bit nicer? Thats just my experience though.
