NO MORE WAKING UP WITH NECK PAIN!!!
I have two herniated discs in my neck which I get cortisone shots in every 6 months and it has been working up until recently where I am waking up with horrible neck pain, and I'm not due for shots for another few months. It has been so bad, that I decided maybe I need to try a different pillow (because I have trouble sleeping also and wake up frequently). I have tried tons of different pillows in the past including My Pillow (which didn't help), and countless others, some expensive, some inexpensive. I found this one just by chance and read some really positive reviews about it especially for neck injuries, so figured I'd give it a try. My biggest regret is that I didn't look for a pillow a long time ago! On the very first night I actually slept soundly, compared to how I usually sleep - which is awful, but most importantly, woke up with NO neck pain. I couldn't believe it!!! But then I said to myself, it's still early, maybe I should wait a week or so before I give it a review. It's now been over a week and I'm finally sleeping so much better, so much more comfortably, and not waking up with pain being the most important thing. I still have some pain in my neck throughout the day but at least I'm not waking up with it. I'm a side sleeper and wasn't sure how it would be with this pillow, but it's actually the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned, no joke. I've already told a few friends about it who have trouble sleeping. It fits perfectly in a standard pillow protector and pillow case. I love the feel of it and the support on my neck. It has excellent shape retention and the quality seems superior to many other brands. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and just hope it lasts for a long time. I will try to remember to update this review after owning for a month, in case anything has changed.

Sleeping pain free….FINALLY!
I have degenerate disc disease and osteoarthritis in my neck and back. I have always dealt with a great deal of pain when I am trying to sleep. I usually had a plethora of pillows that I used to prop up my neck and body perfectly. Two under my head, one under my knees, one that I hugged, and one pushed up against my back. If I didn’t have them just like that I couldn’t sleep at all. I would even get angry if anyone switched the order that my pillows were in because it left me trying to figure out how to get them back in the right order again. I was using regular and down filled pillows and even with all of these pillows I was still dealing with pain and insomnia. So, I finally decided to give a cervical pillow a shot. I read the reviews of numerous pillows and settled on this one because of it’s great reviews. When I tell you that I had major relief instantly, I am not kidding. I slept the best I had in about 20 years once I switched to this pillow. I know this is going to sound strange, but when I first started using this pillow it was like my body from the waist up was finally touching the bed for the first time. I realized just how out of line my normal pillows were making me. I have been able to sleep comfortably on my side, back, and stomach while using this pillow. The pillow might feel a little foreign at first because it’s not like the pillows we are all used to. But give it a night or two and you will settle right into it. The pillow has two sides to choose from. One is higher than the other. One great thing about this pillow is the manufacturer’s guarantee and they will even send you things to help make the pillow fit your neck better. I was so in love with this pillow that I got my husband one and he loves it as well. Please believe me when I tell you that you won’t regret buying this pillow! 10/10! *UPDATE* I am writing this almost 3 months later. I wanted to give you another review about how it is performing after 3 months of nightly use. The pillow is still incredible. I am so much more relaxed at night. I now only use this pillow and a body pillow that I can hug to sleep. I lost about 4 pillows and it feels so good. No more frustration of feeling like I am going to drown in a sea of pillows or the never ending game of, “Honey, did you move my pillows?” No more trying to play Tetris in order to figure out how all the pillows fit against my body. My conclusion is that this pillow gets a 5 star rating AND a Hallelujah!

Better than a fluffy pillow
I’ve had mine for months now and while it’s still comfortable, it went kind of flat. At first there was a cradling effect that took pressure off my ears which I loved. The neck support was also nice since I am a side sleeper and can kink my neck sometimes. I am still sleeping on it, but the material has flattened a little and it’s lost a some shape. I think that was to be expected. Still a good pillow and I prefer it to a lot of the softer ones.

My Head Found Its Cuddle Buddy and My Neck Feels Heard!
We've been through fluffy pillows that flattened into sad pancakes by morning, firm ones that felt like sleeping on a brick, and ergonomically shaped ones that required a user manual and a degree in advanced geometry to get comfortable. My neck, meanwhile, was staging a nightly protest, waking me up with aches and stiffness that made turning my head feel like a risky maneuver. I was ready to give up and just sleep standing up. Then, the Osteo Cervical Pillow appeared on my radar. I saw the pictures – the unique contour, the hollow center – and thought, "Is this a pillow or a modern art sculpture designed for spinal alignment?" The claims of neck pain relief and better sleep were enticing, but my pillow graveyard in the linen closet made me cautiously optimistic. When this pillow arrived, it felt... different. It's made of memory foam, but it has a specific, thoughtful shape. The hollow in the middle is designed to cradle your head, and the contours are meant to support your neck whether you're a back, side, or even (gasp!) stomach sleeper. It looked like a pillow that had actually put some serious thought into its job. Sleeping on it for the first time was a revelation. It felt like my head finally found its designated parking spot for the night. The support for my neck was immediate, a gentle but firm embrace that felt incredibly relieving. It's like my neck sighed a sigh of pure, unadulterated comfort. I drifted off to sleep faster than usual, not distracted by the usual pillow-punching and repositioning dance. I woke up the next morning and cautiously turned my head. No stiffness! No aches! It was like my neck had attended a spa overnight. The cooling case is a nice touch too, keeping things comfortable even if you tend to run warm at night. If your neck is staging a nightly rebellion, if you're tired of cycling through disappointing pillows, and you want a sleep surface that feels like it was designed by someone who truly understands the geometry of a comfortable neck, give this pillow a try. It's a unique and effective solution that's brought a new level of comfort and pain relief to my sleep. My head is happy, my neck is grateful, and I'm thoroughly impressed with this ergonomic wonder.

Excellent neck support and is comfortable
My previous cervical pillow (different brand, which is no longer sold) I had for 5 yrs but had to toss because it became way too dense/firm for me and it felt like i was sleeping on a rock. Reluctantly, I began sleeping on a traditional bed pillow and was waking up with a stiff/sore neck and was always feeling tired. After reading numerous cervical pillows reviews, I decided on the Osteo cervical pillow and am glad I did! PROS: -After just one night, my neck felt immediate relief. -Pillow has two different height options (just rotate the pillow). One side is more comfortable for back sleeping and the other for side sleeping. -I did remove the center foam insert as the pillow was still a little too high for me and it’s now perfect! -While this pillow is firm/supportive, the memory foam also has the right amount of ‘give’, so when you lay your head on it, it ever so slightly conforms to you. My old cervical pillow (again, different brand) would feel like my cheek was pressed up against a rock but the Osteo pillow, has just the right amount of softness for me. -The pillow is offered in two sizes (Queen and Standard). I purchased the Queen (very happy with it), which I’d say is comparable to the size of a traditional pillow. CON: -The pillow did have a slight smell, which dissipated after a few days. I immediately washed the pillow case and protective covering and that helped. -This isn’t really a con but more so an FYI to potential buyers. It took a few nights to adjust to the pillow but can say I’m now sleeping soundly and wake up feeling refreshed. Let’s face it, pillows are so subjective and finding the right pillow is like finding a needle in a haystack. I’ve owned practically every type of pillow there is and am happy I tried the Osteo pillow. I’ll be buying a second one soon so I have a back up ;)

nothing but a heavy pillow
It good as an annoyingly heavy regular pillow, but nothing more, nothing special about it... for a few reasons. The first main reason is that the only reason it becomes supportive at all to the neck is because of the head cradle dip in it which is only created by a small plastic snap in the middle of it that is pushed together to the bottom of the Cover. After just 5 weeks of use, the snap tore off of the cover making the pillow completely flat and without a bowl cradle dip in it at all to support the head. Second reason, it is extremely low. Any adult who has any type of shoulder width, especially if they are a side sleeper, they are not going to get any support from this unless they write to the company and ask for Extra potting to add in. I had to do this and the extra padding does not have a circular hole in the middle so it cannot be inserted inthirded into the the casing or snap together to be held with the rest of the pillow. Because there's no cut out in the middle I had a pillow on top of it and use a regular pillowcase to hold it all together..... Which did not work because it just slips out from under it creating uneven edges. Also using a pillowcase takes away from the shape overall because you have to stuff it in.... And if you use a kink sized pillowcase, the insert will just slide around. I would not recommend this pillow , A message just looking for a heavy regular pillow., with a scratchy top surface.

The Perfect Pillow
I’ve tried so many “neck support” pillows and this is the first one that actually works. The hollow center design makes a huge difference — it keeps my neck aligned without feeling stiff or awkward. The memory foam is firm enough to support but still super comfortable, and there’s zero weird chemical smell like some other pillows have. The cooling pillowcase is a game-changer too. I’m a hot sleeper and this keeps me comfortable all night. I love that it’s adjustable, so I could tweak the height until it felt just right. I sleep on my side and back, and it works perfectly for both. After a few nights, my neck pain was basically gone. If you deal with neck stiffness or wake up sore, this pillow is 100% worth it. I wish I bought it sooner.

FINALLY NO MORE NECK PAIN OR STIFFNESS!
I’ve struggled with neck pain for months, but I didn’t realize how much it was limiting me until I tried this pillow. I’ve had so much stiffness that turning my head left or right was a struggle. After just one night on this pillow, I woke up this morning and can actually turn my head with ease. It’s mind-blowing. I'm a back sleeper on a medium mattress, and the hollow design is exactly what I needed for proper alignment. It really is odorless right out of the box, and the cooling cover feels great. If you’re waking up stiff and sore, do yourself a favor and try this.
