I bought 2 rays to organize my jewelry, downsizing from an armoire. Item is pretty much as described. The black velvet lining is very soft and looks luxurious. The dividers can be removed for larger pieces. Be aware of the dimensions if you have a lot of chunky jelelry because the trays aren't very deep. They work great for small pieces. I was so happy with the trays that I ordered a 3rd one. They stack nicely so I can stack all 3. saving space in my drawer for a basket for my bracelets. While I was moving one of the trays with just earrings (nothing heavy), one of the sidepieces came apart. I caught it before it completely separated from the tray. I used a little wood glue and some packing tape to keep it together. I put this tray on the bottom, with pieces I don't use often. The other trays have been OK so far. Please note that I did not contact the seller. I just wanted to finish this project.

This is the best necklace storage solution I've tried to date. I had bought a three pack of similar trays to store my bracelets, earrings, and rings, but none of the three trays offered a good solution for storing and displaying necklaces. This fits the bill perfectly. My only complaint is that the necklace hooks are aligned very closely to the tray so you have to get a fingernail under them and maneuver them towards you so that you can easily slip your desired necklace under said hook. This seems to be bit of a design flaw as even your small-chained necklaces would be challenging to fit on this tray without maneuvering the hooks a bit. Luckily you can maneuver the hooks to your liking easily without them snapping or breaking. Otherwise, this is a great and inexpensive solution to organize your necklaces and avoid them tangling.

Extremely low quality. Not worth the box it was mailed in. Extremely disappointed. I bought this and a set of “stacking” jewelry trays by the same company. They don’t stack. They can sit on top of each other because they are the same size, but there are no interlocking grooves to keep them in place. Think plain building blocks vs legos. They are made out of cheap plastic, cardboard, and the poorest quality of flocking I have ever seen. The flocking is scraped in many places and nothing about this is substantial enough to hold good jewelry.

Mine arrived in perfect condition. It makes it so much easier for me to see my necklace options now. Most of my necklaces are a little longer than the box, but I haven't found this to be a major impediment. I just installed a spotlight above the shelf that this lays on, so my necklaces really pop against the black velvet. This is by far the best solution I've seen so far for pendent necklace display.

This product looks like its worth it but it cant hold my avg. size necklace properly. Its also really hard to get the necklace around the hooks. I wouldn't purchase it again, but for now, I'll use it for bracelets. I also wouldn't use this to travel, your necklaces are bound to get tangled.
