I’ve tried many collagen supplements, but this is my favorite. I noticed a difference in my knees and my hair growth within a few weeks. There is also ashwaghanda in this formulation that helps me feel more relaxed. I take it at night for the full benefit.

Great product with clean ingredients list, no taste or aftertaste. Pricey, but you can feel and see noticeable improvements(with balanced diet) in long term use.

I ordered this because I am a Breast Cancer patient/now survivor and was told it would help prevent bone loss. It needed to have collagen type I, II, III, V & X according to health care provider. I found this brand to be more reliable than others. A side effect is that it has made my nails amazing. As far as bone loss goes, not so certain. My bone density was a 2+ prior to cancer treatment. 3 years later I am down to 0, if it continues to go down I will be at the start of osteoporosis. I take Ca, Mg, Zn supplements in addition to this, also Vit D. I continue to take a "cancer pill" daily. I was shocked to learn my number had gone down so much. I expected that the treatment would have some effect on my bone density but not this much. I would hate to see how bad it would be if I hadn't taken this but then again it could be this low because this isn't working. I have no way of really knowing does it work or doesn't it. Is it taking advantage of a desperate group of women or is it helping? I have no way of knowing but if you want strong nails take what I did. I would not endorse it for anything else because I don't know if it does anything else. Cancer has just taken one more thing from me :-(
