Although I bought the suggested size, I could have gone a size larger for my equipment, but did not want to chance batwings...and since I lift big weights, I wanted complete lock down. The wide waist band really helps provide the support, too.Pouch is soft and will not cause chafe.This jock is for the gym. I would not wear it under my Levi's for walking around town.Black color is nice.Since I bought a little smaller on purpose, I will hand wash to avoid any pouch shrinkage.Will buy one more.

210lb male, 38" waist, large fits well.If you're purchasing for a vasectomy, buy two and wear during day for at least a week. Use biker shorts for bedtime because the straps on these will rub you raw overnight.Good product and a fair price. Had looked at the cheaper Chinese-sized ones, but preferred only needing to order once to get the right size.

This fits more or less okay but I don't like the huge waist band as it feels uncomfortably tight. Maybe over time it stretches but after 2 washings its still too tightUPDATE: I really can't wear this, it's just too dang tight, very uncomfortable and I bought larger than what I thought. So if you need a small, maybe you should buy a large... etc. ? or just buy a different one...
