This is the best mattress I have ever owned. Perfect firmness and comfort. The price... you can't beat it. We have tried so many other brands and spent so much money and we're never truly happy with our purchases after the first month or so. We are still shocked by the wonder that is this mattress. We thought it was just us but we put this mattress in our guest room and they are all in awe and wonder and ask us what brand of mattress it is. It's not about the price, it truly is about the quality and for this price you can't beat it.

This mattress has a good medium feel — not too soft and not overly firm. My child sleeps well on it and loves it. I don’t recall any strong smell after unboxing, and there’s nothing I’d change about it. Great mattress for the price.

Purchased three times to replace 3 beds in my spare room. While these beds are realllllly firm, I’m sure they will soften with use. One guest said it felt like they were sleeping on a 2x4…that’s how firm they are.

The mattress is comfortable and definitely a great deal. It’s not as firm as I believed it would have been, which makes my lower back sore sometimes since there’s not enough support for me. There weren’t any strange smells or any dust after opening the bag. It came rolled up and fully decompressed in a day and slightly firmed up after another day. It’s a full size queen mattress measuring 12.5 inches in height as advertised. The quality itself seems to be pretty good. After a few months, I can say I’m certainly pleased and feel like I’ve gotten more than my monies’ worth. I just wish it was a bit more firm.

We were hesitant to buy a mattress offline, we could not be happier with this mattress! It is by far the favorite bed in our house (one of our other mattresses cost $2k). It is perfect for a medium to medium-firm sleeper. We added a padded mattress cover as well which made it even more comfortable. Buy it!!

We’ve been using this mattress for about 9 months now, so this isn’t a first-week impression. The firmness is somewhere between medium and firm — supportive without that sinking feeling where you need a rescue team to get out of bed. You don’t sink into it, which makes it easy to move around, and the thickness feels solid and substantial, not flimsy at all. It’s been holding its shape well over time, with no sagging so far. One feature that doesn’t get mentioned enough is the zippered cover. Being able to remove and wash it is a huge plus, especially if you care about hygiene (or just enjoy the occasional coffee-in-bed moment). Overall, it’s a comfortable, supportive mattress that still feels good months later — which, honestly, is the real test.

I’ve used this mattress for about five months now. It’s held up good so far and no sinkage (picture is recent). It is very firm but it conforms to your body without you falling deep in it. If you like actual firm mattresses this one is for you. This isn’t the first time I’ve purchased this brand. So I’m very found of their products. It’s also fiberglass free, which is a plus for me. I also received the 12 inch and it did in fact full expand to 12 inches after a few days!

For the past three years I've been having to travel out of state to sort, clean, and prepare my Parents' estate for auction. I probably have another year to go. During this time I've been staying at my Brother's house in his office. I've gone through three air mattresses, and two cots; I'm so tired of my sleep system failing and waking up with a sore back. Time to get a real bed. I wasn't looking for anything fancy. just something that would provide adequate comfort and support to get me through the next year or so. I decided to try this ZINUS mattress. I was afraid to go too thin since I was using a frame that touted it didn't require a box-spring. so I ordered the 10 inch version. Turns out this mattress is dense enough I could have gone thinner. The 10 incher sits pretty high, compared to what I'd become accustomed to. Not a bad thing, just took a bit of adapting on my part. As claimed, it arrived in a tall, narrow box. Once freed from its bag, the mattress unfurled and took shape almost immediately. Within minutes it had fluffed out to its full form and was ready for use. The memory foam is pretty firm. I've got a pillow-top mattress at home, so this is a very dramatic departure from that. It's also a very positive departure from needing to sleep on a slowly deflating air mattress or a sagging cot. I've opted to use a foam camping pad to sort of even things out for me, and that's worked out amazingly. Although after a couple weeks of use the mattress softened up enough that I could use it without the camping pad and find it to be rather comfortable. It offers great support, is completely silent, it looks nice, and I feel it's a terrific value for what it is. If you're already acquainted with firmness of memory foam, then you're all set; you should be perfectly happy with this mattress. If you're not, then you may not be as content, or will need some time to adjust to it. Thanks to my camping pad idea, I've been quite pleased with it. I'd say this is the perfect bed for a guest room, or for a situation where you're just starting out on your own, or starting over. For the cost of a couple air mattresses, this will last a whole lot longer, offer way more support, and require a lot less maintenance and cleaning, and is far less likely to fail on you.

I’m really happy with this mattress. It works perfectly for the top level of a bunk bed, and my kids sleep comfortably on it. One of my favorite features is that the cover can be unzipped and washed such a lifesaver for keeping everything clean! The mattress feels supportive yet soft, and it fits the bunk bed frame just right. Highly recommend for families looking for a practical and comfy option!

I love this mattress I've had it for about 6 months I think so comfortable firm but supportive you lay in it and it just holds your shape if you have to move this is not a traditional coil mattress it's a foam mattress it's a game changer amazingly comfortable I slept so well first night it's a must buy and the 8 inch is just the perfect thickness also I bought a mattress cover for it you will need that to protect it from any thing wet or moisture whatever I always get a mattress cover that is good to know important to know because this will need it as it's cotton cover and will absorb anything then possibly wreck the foam that's just a precaution but the mattress is amazing and it has not lost its support

Such a comfortable mattress. We threw a small foam topper on it since I have a bad back and this bed gives me some of the best sleeps. The mattress came to fill size minus a very small spot on the one corner but it doesn't make any difference with bedding on it. No strange odours. This bed is fat body friendly as someone who is 300lbs I do not sink, the mattress does not sag. It is very comfortable.

I am writing this review after prolonged and extremely disappointing experience with this Zinus mattress. While it initially appeared comfortable, the product has suffered premature structural failure, specifically deep sagging in the center that compromises support and proper spinal alignment. The middle section has become excessively soft and indented to the point that any normal sleeping position results in the body sinking downward, causing severe lower-back pain. The deformation is not minor — it is objectively measurable, as shown in photos using two identical rods placed across the surface to demonstrate non-uniform compression, revealing a visible dip forming where the mattress has failed. Despite Zinus advertising a 10-year warranty, my experience attempting to claim warranty relief has been frustrating and unproductive. I submitted all requested documentation, including proof of purchase, manufacturing tag, photos, and measurements, yet I received repeated responses asking for the same photos and instructions instead of processing my claim. At this point, the mattress is no longer fit for its intended use, and the warranty support has not resolved the issue. For anyone who values durability, back-support, or customer service responsiveness — I strongly advise choosing a different brand. I now have no other option but to throw this product and as a last resort hope someone looks at my review from zinus .

I LOVE this mattress! Just recently purchased and was able to sleep on it within the first 6hrs of opening! It feels like an Endy mattress but half the price!!! Love it :)
