I believe this product is helpful and I have been using it for quite a while. I also try to eat healthy organic foods as much as possible, mostly fruits, vegetables, not much meat and avoid chicken , and processed foods. I use high polyphenol olive oil on my salads. I am not on any prescription drugs. I walk and do calisthenics for exercise. I also take vitamin D.

My brain is active. Lots and lots of thoughts rerun through it constantly. That made focusing on things like television programs often difficult as my thoughts often drowned out details of the show.Brain Booster has changed this quite significantly.Before taking Brain Booster for the first time here recently, I would be watching a Chiefs football game on TV, but having my mind wandering to thoughts of work, family...and problems I'm trying to solve in my life. So I missed a lot of the game and hardly ever paid attention to the details.With Brain Booster in my system, I have noticed that my focus has now been on the actual football games for the last two weeks. And what I can tell you about that focus is that it has allowed my brain to bring specifics in the game...like players, positioning and individual movements...to my attention. Where the game use to be just a mass of movement for 5 to 7 seconds on my TV screen, it is now something new and different. What is neat about it is that when my brain is noticing all these details...about football...the details, then, seem to be producing a new way of thinking...about football...in my brain. That new way of thinking has made watching a football game a much different experience. I enjoy it in a much more comprehensive way in that my brain is connecting the dots between what I'm seeing on screen with what my brain knows historically about football. It's like football concepts that I've never even thought about before...or were once confusing...are crawling out of my brain as understandable knowledge. Kinda like I've just been introduced to something new and getting a lot of "a ha" moments in the process. I get more satisfaction out of watching football than ever before.So this football example is one specific life change that has occurred for me ONLY since I started taking Brain Booster that I am taking the time to put into words. Many other changes are occurring, but putting my finger on most of them to try to describe them escape me at this point.I do know my handwriting is more readable after taking Brain Booster. It seems that I focus more closely on moving the pen...slowing down the motion of it...putting more effort into the styling of the letters...but, like almost magically...it does not feel like more work. It has made writing a note a more enjoyable task than before. And my notes are now more readable, which is nice.Again, these are just two specific improvements I know have definitely come out of nowhere after taking Brain Booster and are probably attributed to Brain Booster. Generally, my comments about Brain Booster to my friends and family is that it has sped up my brain in certain areas and slowed it down in others...and the over-all affect of that is a more calming and productive day. My house is certainly less cluttered than two weeks ago and several household projects that have been on the to-do list for months and months have been completed.I love the product and will keep investing $17 a month to get what I can only think is hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars in benefit.Jay.

I am 68 years old, I have trouble sleeping at night, I have hardly any energy, and my inability to concentrate is about zero. (I do have ADHD and diabetes, and other things, which, I know contributes to my symptoms...)I use Melatonin to sleep for a few days, then I will switch over to a sleep aid (do an Amazon search below) so that I don't take Melatonin too long. From what I feel, and have read, you are not supposed to take it (Melatonin) for too long as it has side effects, which, I can attest, it sure does, it makes you feel terrible after a few days. (It may just be me though, so do your own research on Melatonin) So, I switch out between the two pills, it works pretty well for me.Search for "Amazon Basic Care Sleep Aid Tablets" with the words SLEEP AID in large letters, I will say though, if you are a male that has an enlarged prostate, you shouldn't take these. I have one, but I still take them, but I do not use an entire caplet, I cut it into quarters, I took a half a few times and it affected my prostate. Taking too much will also knock your lights out all night, and part of the next day, so this stuff is potent, but in a good way, you have to test it to see how it affects you.I had high hopes that this Brain Booster was going to be THE ONE magic pill that would give me back the ENERGY I 'used to' have, which I lost about 10 years ago, I was a really energetic person, but one day I realized that my energy was just gone, even with exercise. (I read some reviews on how much of a sucker we are to even consider this to be a real thing, but, if it helps you in a way that is real, or imagined, who's to say that it's stupid)The first day I took one of the "Brain Booster" pills I actually felt 'something', not quite a surge of energy, but I felt a little different. I hoped that it would be a definitive feeling that I could say that was 'energy', but I didn't really feel that. I did do a few things around the house, so that gave me some hope. The second day I felt it slightly too, I did a few things around the house that day also. The next day, I didn't feel it as much, the next, only a little, maybe. The next, same thing.As of now, I am on my 7th day, I feel "something" again, but not that much as far as energy goes. Imagine that you're sitting down and you have to psyche yourself up to get up and do something,not being lazy, but have zero energy and just no 'get up and go'.On my MENTAL CLARITY I felt something, was it real, or imagined? :) It might just be the placebo effect, I can't say for sure, but, I did feel slightly more 'brainy' and my memory was also feeling slightly better.The BRAIN FOG is not completely gone, but I feel as though I can see 'something', far off, if you get my drift... CONCENTRATION is kind'a better, but not lasting...Yesterday I took one in the morning, then yesterday afternoon at 3:00pm I took another, I wanted to see if there was any adverse effects from taking it TWICE a day. There was. I lay there for quite a bit, maybe an hour before i went to sleep, and was half awake, half asleep the entire night, I really didn't rest well, at all. Yes, that was a dumb thing to do, but I like to know limits on certain things, this was one of them.After I woke up, I took my Sunday morning pill, within 30 minutes or less, I didn't have the grogginess that I had only minutes before, so there is that. I feel that if a person has had too much to drink the night before, this 'might be' something that helps, but, no guarantees.I do want to say, THIS PILL IS HUGE!7/8"x5/16" is the size of it, if you have a hard time swallowing large pills, you might need to know this. It says to "Take with food", I am certain that really equates to, so you don't choke on it because it is very lightweight (it floats!) and dry if taken by itself using a glass of water to wash it down. I said I like to test myself, I'm still here. :)If you are eating you could take a pill and swallow it no problem, but, if you insist on taking it with water, take the drink of water FIRST, then take the pill, don't place this in your throat and then think that you will be able to swallow it very well, because it's not easy.After the first time I took it 'dry' I now know what to expect, so now I know that I can take it dry, but having water to wash it down. I literally wondered if I was going to make it the first time, really, it got really stuck, but I did have that water in my hand.Anyway, I still have 3 weeks worth left to take, so I'll see what happens, if there is nothing to write home about after that 30 days, I'll stop taking them and not order anymore, if I see ANY benefit, I will consider if it's worth the money and effort. At least these are not that expensive, so that is really not a big consideration, but to take a pill and not really getting any of the claimed benefits, I'm really not into that.I'll come back (I promise) and let others know what happened, I like it when people actually do that, it really helps to know the long term effects with a good review.
