These wraps are so comfortable and they help a lot with stability and they work on your arms, wrists, and legs so overall these are great for the gym.

This seemed better than using Ace bandages over and over, since they wrinkle and must be more carefully wrapped. But This particular solution only stays on the leg briefly before sliding down, since it is too stiff and wide. I would love to use this method, but they need to make the material stretchier and more flexible.

I have a long style one for each knee and they provide great suupport

These are wonderful. From working out to hiking, they perform well. Only thing that is a demerit is that the material (the clear bands) seems to warp with use under strain. Hope this helps. For the price this is a great value.

These are the worst compression bands of all. They don’t attach at the ends and have no way to stay put. They’re not at all stretchy and fall off even if you’re sitting. Don’t buy these pieces of c*#p.

These are very stretchy and fairly easy to put on (if you're used to wrapping your own leg/ankle, etc). I bought them because I'm having problems with my knee, but have a large though so traditional knee braces won't work. Unfortunately, neither did this. I would get it wrapped around my knee and secured and it would feel great. Until I started walking. Just light walking around my house (like warming up lunch in the kitchen) and it started sliding down my leg until it was at my ankle and I was walking out of it. It needs to have some way to attach it so it stays up and in place.
