I find them to be the same weight as a regular running shoe. I have had 2 pairs. The first pair was great, the second pair, I had to spray with waterproofing spray after 2.5 months. After that, they were fine.

I haven’t worn them yet in wet weather

Q: Do these run true to size?

I would say they are.. I'm normally a 6.5 but because I have wide feet the size 7 fits me perfectly. If you have narrow feet they may work for you. I hope this helps
