I am not faamiliar with Oxiclean Versatile Stain Remover. However, this Max Force Stain Remover has proven to be highly effecive in my hands and those of my family

Yours must be broken then. I never had an issue. Check to make sure the tube inside is properly pushed into the lid.

Q: Does this remove red wine stains?

I'm a bartender and I bought this to get rid of wine and juice mixer splatter stains out of my white shirts. It does a pretty good job. I don't know if I would use it to get red wine out of a colored fabric. I ruined a light blue dress shirt with the stuff trying to get out a stain. Hope this helps.
