Melissa & Doug Magician’s Pop-Up Hat with Tricks

This was exactly what my son needed. He was the star of the show for a school presentation for the HEARTS PROGRAM. The only thing was that the brackets inside the hat are bulky, that some kids tended to tap the top of his hat, that the brackets hurt his head. He did try to have no one touch the hat so it wouldn't hurt him, but.. you know kids get excited. Other than that it was perfect! The velvet material, the bunny and the coin has great quality to it. Foling up to 2023- My son gre out of the hat. And handed this to my 5YR old Niece during Christmas - IT WAS A GREAT HIT, SHE LOVED IT AND WAS PERFORMING ALL NIGHT! A definite buy!

Adorable! Bought it as an add on to another set. Older children may lose interest quickly without additional tricks, but it’s a delightful little set. Highest quality and most resilient hat & bunny that I’ve been able to find. Definitely worth purchasing, as the ones included in other sets are not comparable in durability or cuteness. Lol

I don’t understand the sheerness question. This is a good quality hat that flattens and easily pops out with a flourish. There is a small secret compartment inside for the flat stuffed bunny or a coin.My 9-year-old loves it. He likes to dance and uses it as a prop more often than to do magic. Seems to be holding up well!No reason not to get it.

I bought this hat to replace a flimsy one that came in a kit. It’s awesome. It’s very sturdy and I love the way it collapses. The only drawback is that it’s a little big for my son’s head. Other than that, it’s perfect!

My 7-year old daughter used this magic trick in a talent show. It’s so cute! We even added a “dirty” sock to pull out first to make the audience laugh. Lots of fun!

I never write reviews but I had to for this. It is so adorable, so well made, so thoughtful and creative. My 3 year old is obsessed with it and loves snapping the hat open. This would be great for a kid anywhere from 3 to prob 6, a huge range.

this was a Christmas present.

We got this for our 5 year old for Christmas to go with his magician dress up outfit. It fits his head with room to spare. This hat was a huge success. I love that it can flatten and pops up. The bunny and hidden pocket are very fun.
