Wild Hare Shooting Gear Mesh Hull Bag

the mechanism that's supposed to hold the top of the bag open doesn't work. i know a bunch of people who own this bag and they all have the same problem. if i thought it was so hard to make a bag that functioned properly i would have asked around before buying ... shame on me, i guess ... for expecting quality control and a company to take some pride the products they sell.

I am so glad that I purchased this. I reload and I dump all my empties into the bag. When it starts to get full I just unzip the bottom and let the empties hulls drop into a grocery bag. Such a good investment in shooting sporting clays. A must have if you are a serious shot gun shooter.

It's durable, stays put on your belt and the design works well - easy to keep open to drop empty shells in there. And it certainly holds a lot of empties! Only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that I found after I had about 100 in there it was prone to unzip a little and start dropping shells out the bottom. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying if you want to shoot more than 4 rounds of trap without finding a place to dump it. Still, it's great other than that.

This is a nice spent shell bag. It will hold 50 or more hulls and is easy to clip onto an Allen shell bag or onto the belt itself. Not as expensive as the name brands and not as big either.

Nice shooting bag. I went from a vest because of the heat back to a belt with shell holder and this mesh bag. Glad I did. In fact, I don't think I will ever go back to the vest.

Clip is well made, unlike other brand that I replaced with this one. Zipper is nice. Will hold more than 100 hulls (I had 150 in it at one point). "Hold Open" top closed a little too easily at first, but seems to have firmed up. Good product, I would buy again.

Bought this for my 11 year old son because the trap vests are a little small. He uses his upland hunting vest with this product and it's a great combination. The zipper on the bottom a nice feature.

The metal clip is sturdy and mounts to my belt or a pocket so that I can conveniently keep the hull bag at the ready. I like that the opening has a spring that keeps the top open when you are inserting empty hulls. The zippered bottom makes dumping empty hulls very easy.
