They are loosing suction easily and warp even when follow the manufacturing instructions for care. They arrived quickly and easily, so supplier was great.

For such an expensive product, deforms easily despite following manufacturers’ recommendations for sterilization. I was just past the 30 days, so could not return and Elvie directly will not insure this as they are not affiliated with this Amazon store. Unfortunately there is no way to get in contact with seller to fix this. Prior to the deformation worked well but not sterilizing ever is not a great option
