It’s difficult to see the “flame” effect in the picture, but it looks authentic. I love the romantic and nostalgic feel they provide. Neighbors have commented on the uniqueness and beautiful look of my garage carriage lights. They also come in the candelabra style that you can see in my second picture of my front porch. I highly recommend these bulbs.

We bought these for Halloween and we're really pleased with the flickering flame effect. They are really fun and looked great in the outdoor fixtures.

this lightbulb is a great novelty and works like it should but not to my expectations of being a flaming light. the two that came today all have four different modes to them and not just one single mode. So the way it is in order to get from lets say flaming light you have to turn the power off and then turn it back on again till you hit the one of the modes that you wanted. It's a shame really that you can't just press an internal button and it stays that way till you decide otherwise I was going to use them for my out door lights and have a programmable lightbulb wifi switches I already have for my house's holiday lights. any left over lights that I didn't need was going into a touch lamp I was going to buy and well that's not going to happen now. it's a great product otherwise and it seems like its build well already dropped it on solid flooring and didn't break but going to have to see how long it will last. In all that idea is now a bust and back to the drawing boards on ways to make this house rather neat. I hope that this helps in your idea of buying this product or not

-just what I needed for Halloween!

Do you wish that your ultra efficient appeared more like candles of past days? Do you miss lamps full of burning whale oil but can't find any whales in your neighborhood? Do you like the look of fire but are not a pyromaniac?If you answered yes to any of these, this may be the light bulbs for you. I got the bulbs for Halloween but love the look of flickering fire-like lamps outside. It's not expensive and turning them on puts a smile to my face each time I look at them. Plus, no whales were harmed (though, I can't personally guarantee that, but I hope not since whales seem cool). I probably turn the outdoor lamp posts on more than I need to now, which is a bit wasteful, but at least I'm not burning anything or having to replace candles every week.

It works as expected!

These are nothing more than blue lights that do not have the appearance of flames or movement. Either the vendor or supplier is lying or the product I received is defective.

Bulb works as steady orange color and flame effect, BUT there are no instructions in the box to change modes. I had to re-read the Amazon description of this product to find out how to switch between modes. If you have an on/off switch, flip it off to install and on to get the first mode, then flip your switch off off and on, again to change to desired mode. This bulb has no dusk-to-dawn sensor as my previous bulb, therefore, I have no switch. To change modes, I had to install with power on (instructions in Amazon description warn against installing with power on), and then uninstall and reinstall to change modes. Lucky me, it didn’t blow up.

The media could not be loaded.  Les ampoules servent comme décoration pour les fêtes. Je suis plutôt satisfait du résultat. Je n'ai pas de regret.

Optik Super, schafft geniale atmosphere. Einfach der austausch der Lampen. Helligkeit paßt gut wie eine echte Fackel. Leider war der transport sehr hart. Bei zwei Lampen waren die abdeckungen zerbrochen, habe sie geklebt. Funktion war immer da. Insgesammt Kaufempfehlung.

Toller Effekt, leider war eine kaputt

Die Optik ist nicht so wie abgebildet. Es erscheint nur ein flackern des Lichts, was sehr unruhig wirkt. Um die einzelnen Modis zu schalten muss man die Lampe immer wieder aus und einschalten, was bei mehreren hintereinander geschalteten Leuchten ( z.B. Wegbeleuchtung) unpraktisch ist

Hat nichts mit Kerzenflackerlicht zu tun!
