UPDATE: After posting this review the vendor reached out to me. I told them I purchased replacement tangle free spinners. They apologized and refunded me the amount I paid for the spinners. That is wonderful customer support. I highly recommend this vendor. I changed my rating to 5 stars because of the support I received.I needed a sturdy pole for the front of my home. The block I live on gets very windy at times. I have gone through two pole mounts and three poles. The plastic mounts snapped in the wind. Even the aluminum one I had cracked. Previous poles, wood, aluminum have either snapped of bent.So, I purchased a new mount, heavy duty, hoping it can withstand the winds. So, I am trying this Stainless Steel pole in hopes it holds up better than previous poles. Well, so far, the pole is holding up, but the additional Tangle free spinners are not. The flag is tangled all the time. The spinners no longer spin freely. I have only had this for a little more than a week and the spinners are garbage already. I am deciding whether I am going to return the entire package or try and find tangle free add-ons as a separate purchase. Either way, if you want tangle free, this is not the item for you, it doesn't last.

I like that you can leave out a section if needed. Expect these to last 2 years. The plastic flag mounts broke on mine after 2 years in windy conditions. I still reordered the same product.

The pole kit is a light weight, easy to assemble item.PROs1. It is gorgeous/looks great2. Easy to assemble3. Longer pole than most house mounted kits4. Flang, when mounted on this pole, does not tangle/wrap itself around pole...it continues to fly properly.CONs1. Thin gaged metal sections can be easily crushed when tightening the mounting set screw on the house2. Doesn't feel like it will endure a lot of wind (opinion only...we have a lot of wind and we will see. I'm a pessimist at heart so everything is colored by that lens)Would I recommend? Absolutely.

Gave it 1 star because it does successfully hold up my flag. However the bearings in the swivels constantly bind up and require me to go untangle my flag. The pole itself is very thin walled stainless and can be bent very easily. I’m waiting for the first big storm to bend the pole and make it useless. I have also had a few times where the pole has come unscrewed from itself (it comes in sections that you screw together yourself). I am going to go buy another type of pole and swivel set because this one doesn’t seem to hold up.You get what you pay for in most cases, and this is one of them.

Very good quality product. Well made out of good materials. Was very easy to put together. Was glad that I already had a pole bracket installed because one was not included in the box.

We thought these were a great deal when they arrived and we installed them. They stopped the problems of the flags getting twisted around the poles in the wind. The flags now rotated easily and did not become tangled. But after about two months the flags started to tangle again and the ball bearings were not doing their job. We investigated and found out that the ball bearings are not stainless steel and had quickly rusted. Some WD-40 helped the situation but did not totally solve the problem (there is still some sticking and pausing) and these will now require frequent application of WD-40 or a similar substance to keep the bearings rolling.

This is a very nice flag pole. Goes together easily, it’s very sturdy and looks nice. I was skeptical for the price, but it very nice looking as well. Great buy for a household flag pole

I just installed on my dock so let’s give it a few weeks to see how it weathers the brutal elements on Florida coast.But so far, I am impressed with quality of items.

Bought this because it was supposed to let the flag spin. No matter how tight or loose i set the flag, it wraps itself around the pole.

Flag pole. Good Quality item.
