From the pictures it looked like something I could really use. I moved into an apartment with a grocery store across the street. I have to lean over to pull it it's so short and you could only possibly put I bag and it would be full. Embarrassing and pictures are very deceiving! The straps are not long enough, even for a 5'4" person!

Where do I begin ... too short, doesn't roll well. First use both handles broke off. Has no top zipper. Utter disaster. Do not buy this one.

I can't saw enough about the bag that would be a reason to buy it. The wheels are flimsy. The bag is small, won't hold much, & not for heavy or alot of items. I guess it true yiu get what you pay for bc it's cheaply made. Break out your ruler before you order...you'll see.

If you are a tall person above 5’ 5”, don’t purchase. You will end up having upper back pain. Using this for small grocery purchases works well. The only problem is I am tall, and the straps are a bit too short. Also, when sidewalks are not smooth, they can hook on and damage the flimsy wheel. Be careful if you are in the street. The first one I received would hit a bump and fold, causing it to yank at my arm.
