Works as expected but plan for low pressure painting.
Tool works exactly as expected but you do have to prep your paints for low pressure pai ting. Basically thin the paint out so it flows smoothly with a soft consistency. Acrylic or any sort of paint that has a heavy viscosity will need thinning to work. Planning ahead though saves a lot of time and makes for very nice finished work. Otherwise it is a solid tool.

I love these little crafting tools
I got the set from my husband ( who loves me so much to indulge my crafting insanity) and I just bought the spray painting tool so my son can paint his models with it .. ships, planes, submarines .. so much to do and these tools get it done.

Nope, Not Keeping This One
I've purchased most of the tools in the Worx Maker X family. The concept of an interchangeable tools on a single controller and battery really intrigued me, primarily for use aboard an older sailboat where projects are always on tap. My usage is probably a little more than Worx intended for the Maker X system, but since I already had a number of Worx tools and batteries I decided to give the tools a try. So far, I would rate the scores of the devices from a one to a five in utility and functionality. The paint sprayer is by far the worst. The paint container is tiny, though in fairness that point is obvious in the pictures. Air pressure seems really inadequate. The instructions are minimal with no clear guidance for the right paints to use or the amount of thinning required. I tried a number of different paints, thinned to varying levels. It took a lot of thinning to get the paint to spray at all. The spray pattern at that level of thinning was terribly erratic. I ended up with big drippy splotches and other areas with little or no coverage. I tried all the adjustments I could which made little difference. Better instructions might have helped, but my experience with three other types of sprayers quickly turned me against keeping the Maker X device and I returned for a refund. The device was easy to clean. I couldn't get a sense of battery life, but I suspect it would be okay for tiny projects.
