AUSTRALIAN RAW ORGANIC CAROB POWDER

I've tried the carob syrup, roasted and raw carob powder. All are exceptional - amazingly sweet without adding anything, the powder is very fine and mixes well, and it is organic, which makes it even more special. I make smoothies with the carob syrup and powder, some oil, some monk fruit syrup and collagen protein. It tastes like malted milk - delicious!I can't have chocolate so this is a wonderful discovery. Also, the Customer Support is exceptional. Michael, one of the co-owners, went out of his way to answer all my questions thoroughly and with enthusiasm. Can't thank you enough for these wonderful products!

Great relief to be able to actually purchase from an honest vendor, who actually grows and processes their carob pods themselves. Wish they were closer or here in the U.S., but c'est la vie. You can tell that it's not roasted, because most sold as RAW is really roasted, which is easy to tell by both the darker brown color (from caramelizing effect of the high temperatures used in roasting) and the enhanced sweetening from the roasting process. Being RAW this is still a LIVE product, yet equally as delicious tasting as the roasted, but certainly far healthier. The last "Raw" carob I purchased from AMAZON was actually roasted, and when I tried to get restitution for the company that marketed the allegedly "Raw" carob, I found that they conveniently no longer even carried the product. This Australian Raw Carob is absolutely divine, with a rich well-rounded flavor.

Way better tasting than any Roasted Carob that I have ever tried!Even from this same company.I'll never get roasted carob again!I love to just stick a spoon of this in my mouth and add a touch of water!So sweet! To be fair, I have never had carob before, and wanted to try it because I heard the taste is similar to chocolate. It really doesn't taste much like chocolate to me, and I wasn't a fan of it at all.

I use this daily to add to my pure cacao at lunch...and to add flavor and sweetness to my plain yogurt.The carob has a natural sweetness, with no additives or extras...it is wholly perfect on its own.

I am happy to report that at the age of 72 years old I recovered totally from a compression fracture in my left leg within three months. Carob is a superfood for me according to my SWAMI XP2. This raw carob provided me with some of the calcium that I needed for my recovery.

About this thing I don't know what to make. This specific brand when I tried did it hurt my stomach. That was several moths ago, and I must mention I do have an extremely horrible stomach condition--due to poisoning criminally induced--so, it might and should not be that much the product fault. Every literature I found practically only say good to great stuff about this product, and which it may and should be true.How ever, there seem to obviously be missing sufficient info on its possible side effects since, when I am doing better, that is, when my stomach is not in crisis due to some bad food I ate or something of that sort, things that do not hurt commonly, would neither hurt me. But this thing horribly has. In fact, a few days ago I tried a different brand I got from Amazon originally with this package and which for some reason had not been trashed like this yet and had still its package intact, unopened, and since I had been doing so much more better ever since the last experience with this one brand here, I begun trying this other one which I begun liking so much more then this one here because of its true like dark chocolate similarities; I liked it so well that even wrote a quite good feedback on it. Well, guess what, few days after that feedback I felt ill like a dog...much much worse. And although I had in the previous days eaten some nuts that were supposed to hurt, I did not really see the connection of my falling ill but from this carob powder which effect where more than clear
