Exactly as described. Absolutely huge ironing board cover, which fits the very large ironing board that I use. Nice thick wadding, good quality fabric, strong stitching around the edges and very strong cord to tighten the cover in place. Great fit and easy to put on, and is nice and snug after pulling the draw string tighter. Looks well made, and is washable to, looks good and really spruces up the ironing board. Not so sure the padding could be reasonably classed as 'extra thick' though, but it is decent and much better than having a separate thin foam one and it be moving about gradually and getting out of kilter with the cover. There were creases in it after unpacking, so after I fitted I gave it a few iron over's on full steam to help it get acquainted with the board ... Looks great after doing that, like a brand new ironing board!

Great ironing board cover, fits really well and easy to put on. Good quality and nice colour/design. I was all for buying a new ironing board and my partner suggested getting a new cover, and although you can buy a new board for not much more than the cost of this cover, I'm glad I got this. Ironing not most people's favourite chore, but at least the colour is cheerful and lifts the spirits.......

Good item fits ironing board tightly so does not move

Was a really good fit nice and smooth to iron on, when it said 'thick' I had expected it to be noticeable but it wasn't, still it is a good production. I am at a loss though to understand why ironing board covers in general are so expensive

Was going to replace my ironing board, which was only a year old cause the mesh on the board showed through onto the fabric I was ironing and the cover kept creasing no matter how I tried to tighten it. Decided to replace the cover instead and chose this one based on the reviews and it exceeded my expectations. Great thickness, fitted perfectly, couldn't be more pleased, far more superior than the existing cover. Is now like a new ironing board but far cheaper than shelling out for a complete new board, would definitely recommend.
