Was tickled pink with this. I wanted a good thick cover that had a bit more oomph than a bit of covered foam. This was perfect. Usually they come with those silly thin strings you have to faff about with to make it fit your ironing board. This had good strong elastic and I managed to put it on in seconds with no trouble at at all. Fitted perfectly. Love the coloured strips too. A bit different to the blue flowery/patterned ones. Arrived really quickly too. All round excellent in every way. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.

O.M.G. When I took off the old cover from my ironing board, I found 3 others underneath - I never realised how lazy I had become. So this time, I removed everything, including the metal iron rest.I then realised, I hadn't't even looked at the new one I'd just bought - what if it was sub-standard, what if I need to return it?I needn't have worried - this cover from Encasa Homes is top notch. It's a good quality, and a good fit measuring almost exactly as described.All I had to do was make 2 small holes to screw in the iron rest and I've now got an ironing board that looks brand new. I now expect it to last many more years to come (it's already 50 years old!!!!)

What can I say about an ironing board cover except that it does what it says. It is very nice to iron on and as I have a generation iron I only have to iron one side of an item. I am very pleased with the cover and would highly recommend this item.

I bought this based on the 4.5/5 star reviews. They must have been sent a completely different product to the one I got. I wanted a cover with extra thick padding but got one which is thinner than all of the t-shirts I've been ironing. All of the things I have ironed now have the imprint of the metal ironing board because the cover is so thin and offers no protection.I will have to buy another (different) cover now as my clothes will be ruined if I attempt to iron on it again.If you are debating buying this, ignore the positive reviews and look elsewhere as I'm sure there are much better covers out there.

I ordered this ironing board cover in large but sadly it did not fit my board which is 136cm length. However I got in touch with the seller Encaser Homes and sent them my exact measurements and they sent a new one within a few days which is now a perfect fit. So great service. Not very thick so I put on top of my old cover. But you can order padding.

Was going to replace my ironing board, which was only a year old cause the mesh on the board showed through onto the fabric I was ironing and the cover kept creasing no matter how I tried to tighten it. Decided to replace the cover instead and chose this one based on the reviews and it exceeded my expectations. Great thickness, fitted perfectly, couldn't be more pleased, far more superior than the existing cover. Is now like a new ironing board but far cheaper than shelling out for a complete new board, would definitely recommend.

Love this cover! Easy to fit and now feels like I have a whole new ironing board. Did my ironing yesterday and life is so much easier ... no more marks coming through from the metal board! Just popped this cover straight over the top of my old one and hey presto .. away we go. Definitely would recommend and will definitely buy again when the time arises.

This was my 2nd attempt at buying a cover online, the first was way too short. Went for an even longer option & fits my board well. The tightening toggle is useful, make sure you gather the material all the way around the board for best fit. I also had ironing board clips from my previous cover, which I have attached again to this one to keep it tight across the middle. Happy with product.
