The magnetic claps on the front keeps it stable on my shoulders and makes it easy to wear. The heat helps with pain in various places including neck, shoulders, spine, and upper back. The heating pack is the perfect weight, not too heavy and restricting but provides enough weight to relaxing and relieve my pains. The remote makes this super easy to control. There’s timer features that allows me to set a certain time to keep heating in case you fall asleep. The digital display screen is very clear, easy to read and navigate. There is 6 different heat settings to fit each pain level going as high as 149F. The shape is very comfortable and fits perfectly. It’s super easy to wash. All you need to do is remove the plug, take the cover off, and put the cover in your washer! The material of the heating pash is soft and smooth on my skin. This has changed my life and relieved so much pain. Very happy with this product!

I really wanted this to work well. After 20 plus years of cervical pain after a car accident, I was happy to finally find what appeared to be a soft against my sensitive neck and shoulders heating pad that you can wash and keep on for longer then 60 minute sessions. Here’s the “hits”: It is wonderfully soft. And washes and dries (in machines) easily. And you can keep this on for 12 straight hours (you shouldn’t, but you can). But the “miss” (only one, but it’s big) is why it only rates 3 stars: the heating options go from barely feel any heat on settings 1 thru 3 to YIKES I’m burning my neck 4 thru 6. In other words, the preset heating options are faulty…with no middle ground available for steady relaxing pain relief. And, you know, as I’m writing this, I’ve decided to change this rating to a 2 star. Essentially, don’t waste your money.

This heating pad is perfect for my mother who is 89and is shrinking so has major back and neck pain. It stays where she needs it with the neck piece with the snap and the tie at the base. She had more relief with it without medication than with a regular pad and over-the-counter medications. Based upon her recommendation, I have purchased 2 more, one for my husband and one for myself and my sister was going to buy one. An update on this, my husband and I use ours nearly daily. Since getting this wonderful heating pad, my husband is getting more rest. We have ordered 2 more as gifts for friends. And my sister has purchased 3 for herself and her daughters. We recommend this product to everyone who needs heat applied. It stays where you need it, you control the amount of heat as well as the time it heats. It truly is the best heating pad we have tried. And it feels like being wrapped in a warm, soft hug!
