IP-6 is a major supplement that many people take. This was suggested by Dr. Berg for fibroids and it worked by removing abnormal cell growth causing the fibroids and also minimizing the cramps I experience on my cycles. I would recommend this to any woman who suffers from fibroids or heavy period/ cramping. You have to take out at least a month to see the results but you will get results.

The capsules are higher-priced than similar supplements containing IP-6 and/or Inositol. They are easy to swallow. They contain IP-6 and Inositol, two compounds that are said to support natural killer cell/ immune system support activity. However, the bottle clearly states that the supplements are "not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease." Since results are not guaranteed and the capsules are high-priced, check with your doctor to see if these supplements are right for you.

18 yrs. ago my husband was diagnosed with liver cancer in the last stages. They didn't give him much time to live. In 1998 our Dr. got him started on IP-6 and it helped him so much that he lived for 3 yrs. longer than what they said he would. One of the things it helped was his immune system. Since then I have got several friends and relatives to use this very special product and it has helped everyone of them in one way or another. I have since started using IP-6 myself because of health problems. I have even been buying this for a friend that is going through kemo therapy and she can't afford to buy it herself. I know how important it is for her to have IP-6. I hope to be able to tell many more people about this very special help that they can order on line. Love this supplement! I try to use this pretty regularly unless I forget. It has many health benefits in general for many things from regulation of blood sugar, cholesterol, energy etc. it's a very effective supplement and many people haven't heard about it! The item came intact and no complaints here.

in roughly 3 months i was able to lower iron levels from 32 to 25 taking 2 capsules 2 x daily + 3 times daily milk thistle drops and also curcumin, no bigger changes in foody...well maybe a bit less red meat than usually (not every day)

These are strong, to be taken with choline. Consult a doctor if unsure but should be taken only once in a while in my opinion.
