Within 1 week of purchase, both boots failed when the zip fastener spilt in front of the zip. Fortunately, the zip was not fully up, so I was able to remove the boots.I contacted the seller, who initially offered me some money as recompense or to pay towards a repair!! This was a Β£100 pair of boots!Not very impressed with this, I pursued the matter and sent them back (at my cost)The seller then provided me with a replacement pair.On arrival, I have added some light oil to the zips of both boots, to ensure the zips run smoothly.I have now had these boots for 2 months, and worn them for walking the dog and garden tasks.The boots are very comfortable, easy to take on and off and very practical. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great boots *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 December 2025* Waited a long time with these in my basket to come down in price.
