Ponga una pequeña cantidad de aceite en el sartén para distribuirla con sus dedos caliente bien y cocine, No deje que el aceite se queme.

Très grande qualitée
Woww Je suis très contente bonne grandeur , j'ai déjà 2 chaudrons de Swiss Diamond un de 3 L et l'autre de 5 L et j'ai fait venir aussi la poêle 20 cm elle est parfait pour faire cuire les crevettes , les champignons, les œufs . Grande Qualité la répartition de la chaleur fantastique et se nettoie super bien. Petit truc pour redonné beauté au fond de poêle ou aux chaudrons mettez un petit peu de vinaigre et rincé c'est fantastique.J'aime vraiment cette compagnie. :-)

Great pan, but handle is not ergonomic
The handle has a gap on the underside, which presses onto your hand and causes discomfort when holding it for a bit, other that the handle stays cools and the pan feels high quality.
