Q: Will this pet robot vacuum pick up bulkier items, such as dog food?

Yes, it would pick up larger items such as dog food and it does well for dust and hair

Q: Does the automatic vacuum clean under chairs and tables

Yes however it has to be able to go through the chairs.. for my dinning room table it goes through the chairs but I have a kids table and the chairs are a little smaller so it won’t but it does go under the table

Q: Does this have a mapping feature?. Does this work randomly or follow a pattern to don't miss any spots?

It does have a real time mapping feature. It can be set to edge clean, spot clean, or zigzag pattern clean. Mine doesn't miss any spots. The first few times I used it, it didn't go in a particular pattern but it mapped my home and does well
