These little packets are incredibly convenient - slip into a lunch box or purse easily, no pre-measuring when you’re already carrying a water bottle. They make hydration and electrolyte supplementation easy - they’re not overly sweet nor chemical tasting. I don’t find the coconut water flavor to be overpowering and the flavor is not very salty like I find Pedialyte to be. After trying several other hydration/electrolyte supplements, Cure is the winner for me. Flavors I have loved are the Berry Pomegranate, Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade (labeled for kids but the electrolyte profile is very similar), grapefruit, and fruit punch. Of all of them, grapefruit is only very mildly salty to me but still good. Bonus is that the ingredients are very clean and the electrolyte profile is actually quite good for such a little packet! I have POTS and I have noticed an improvement in my symptoms increasing my sodium and fluid intake with these alone. And, if you have a FSA/HSA, these are eligible for reimbursement which not all hydration/electrolyte drinks are. Big win for my health and water consumption here!

My favorite electrolytes! I’ve tried so many electrolytes and these are my favorite. Many of the ones I’ve tried have made me feel tired or not as great after having them. I always feel better after having these, all the flavors I’ve tried taste amazing, and the ingredients are the best! I like that they use more paleo-friendly ingredients. I’m also a huge fan that they’re certified gluten free! I have Celiac disease and I love that I don’t have to worry about being exposed to gluten with this product. I’m so glad I found this!

This is excellent for immediately restoring electrolyte balance. Good ingredients, no processed sugar, and really good tasting!

I love having individual packets for hydrating and I've been happy with many Cure flavors. My only dislike is how super sweet it is despite being natural sweeteners, Stevia and monk fruit extracts. I do like the berry flavors but it would be great if they could tone down the sweetness! I definitely can say I stay hydrated much better using these packets. I recommend their hydration products.
