Worked exactly as intended. My spa water was out of balance and causing cloudy water — one treatment and it cleared right up. Easy instructions, no weird residue.

Unfortunately one cap was not screwed on type and it mostly ended up in the broken bag and lost some , there were 2 bottles and the product worked well .
