Not as advertised, but corrected it
I love the pot. It's a great size and seems to be made well. I rated it at because when I purchased it, it was advertised to have two silicone mitts and a silicone hot pad. I noticed others complained about not receiving them also. I sent an email to the company and of course, received no answer. I wouldn't send the pot back because of the missing items but don't show something you aren't sending! I do recommend the pot.Since writing this review, the company did respond and sent me the missing pieces. Very pleased with the pot and the company. Thanks!

Good price
Not only was it a great price but it works well with everything I’ve used it for which includes soup and baking sour dough bread. It looks great too and the added option of being able to use the lid to cook something as well may come in handy although I haven’t tried that yet. Good purchase, I’m glad I purchased it!

Just what I was looking for...
This does a great job. I've cook Boston butt for pulled pork, braised meats and stews. I've used the lid to grill steak on my stove top. It turned out very good for a stove top steak.I have an Emeril Lagasse counter top convection oven. It fits perfectly in it because it has no know sticking up on the lid. This was the main reason for selecting this Dutch oven.Generally, it cleans easily. However, I had to let it soak over night and work to get between the grids on the top when I use it for steak. But, I've never had an issue cleaning the main pot.
