Flambeau Outdoors 5415MC Mini Ammo Can, Portable Ammo Storage

I like to travel light and these ammo cases are just the ticket. They are small but I have about 750 boxes round of 22lr in one and 500 loose rounds and a couple extra magazines in another with plenty of room to spare . I think I could probably put over a thousand loose rounds of 22lr in one. The one with the loose rounds I take with me target shooting. The case latches tight and is easy to carry. They are made of plastic but are durable enough for my use. I prefer these to the clunky metal military surplus cases. They might not be the best for toting large caliber rifle ammo but they are great for storing and toting my 22 ammo. I think they would be fine for even larger caliber pistol ammo depending on how many rounds you want to store or tote.. even though they are lockable, I don’t think these are a choice for maximum security storage. They are just nice, handy little cases.

I have storage cans of all shapes and sizes. Maybe it's because it makes me at least feel like I'm organized. I received two cans like these on an ammo purchase awhile back and I eventually realized I was using these cans more than any other storage boxes or cans I have. Personally, I like that they are small. These cans excel at holding loose ammo and- lots of it, yet are stackable and the smaller footprint is nice to keep things organized yet out of the way. These cans are sturdy too and lockable with a decent rubber seal. Originally my main use was storing loose rounds right off my reloading press until I realized these would also be outstanding for storing and sorting reloading components and small parts. Then I thought these would do well in my workshop for small parts and hardware organization. I'm a huge fan of MTM storage products but they don't make a storage can this size, and while this size won't fit a niche for everyone, it's been very helpful and useful to me.

Looks are diseaving on this lightweight ammo can when you first recieve it but it turned out to be a perfect fit. I did not want one if those big metal or plastic ammo cans. I wanted something small that woukd fit my gear and hold plenty of ammo for the range. Soon found this at an Amazon "add on" price that was super inexpensive! This small but handy ammo can fits great in my gun bag for the range. Doest take up a lot of space, lighteeight & holds up to 5 boxes 12 rounds of my 9mm ammo.

It is sturdy and big enough for most of my ammo in 50-round boxes. I don't stockpile ammo, but I always have a few hundreds rounds in different calibers for backup just in case. This ammo case offers some level of protection and it allows me to carry my ammo around easily. It is not for long term storage, but I zip-loc all of my ammo, so it is good enough even if water gets in the can.

Great little water resistant case. I bought this to house a small lithium battery on my kids go kart. It worked perfect.

Don't laugh at me, but I bought these for my church's youth group for their Nerf War. We were using them for a mode where they had to collect the most ammo crates. That is what these came into play. I cannot speak on the quality of it (since I did not use it for its original purpose), but I can speak to the durability. Despite my best wishes, these crates were thrown around quite a bit and I did not see any damage or wear and tear. If these crates can survive teens throwing them around, I am sure that it can be said that they are very durable. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

Still pretty big, holds enough ammo for a range day or maybe 2. I like it.

I didn’t by this for ammo. I made a battery box for my fish finder. It’s prefect for a 10 amp battery and water tight.

Pretty happy with this. 50's of .22LR fit in well. Not surprised as I already had it's big brother. Good product. It's much smaller than you'd expect, though. Good for a day at the range or for .22 storage.
