I ordered these as I'd lost my wired buds. I don't like spending a fortune on mobile tech as I have a habit of losing it, especially small things. After a bit of research, I chose these. Great value at €20 (at time of purchase). If I lost them, no issue replacing. Dispatched & delivered on time, they were well packaged. Included in the box are the charging case, the earbuds, various sizes of earbud tips to find suitable size for your ears & a short USB to USB-C charging cable. They seem of sturdy construction & look good. They fittd my ears perfectly & are comfortable. Upon opening, I charged fully before setting up & using. I downloaded the TOZO app to my phone which was easy. Pairing was simple & quick. The buds turn on automatically as soon as removed from the case. To me the sound quality is outstanding for cheap buds. Good enough for me out & about or long journeys on public transport. Good clarity of sound. You have a lot of EQ options in the app. I'll find 1 I like & set & forget but plenty to play with. I have never used wireless buds before so have no point of reference for a reasoned sound or use comparison. I am a musician and amature sound engineer, so I like to think I can judge fairly accurately, though some may disagree. Overall I am happy with the purchase. This is my initial review on day 1 of receipt. So I cannot speak to battery life etc. If there are any issues along the way, I shall return to update the review. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase & for €20 they are great value. I recommend. I'd rather purchase these & save the money to go towards my next piece of outboard studio gear!

I have purchased these 4 times in total. I know more fool me! However I actually love them as they fit my very small ears. Very comfortable. Unfortunately the first pair lasted the longest just under 12 months, not bad for the price. Maybe just unlucky, however it seems to be mainly the charging case or the cable. Which is such a shame as the phones/ buds themselves are excellent sound quality. The case or cable lets an otherwise excellent product down. Who wants to spend most of their time returning faulty items. I have emailed the manufacturers and am awaiting response. If the manufacturer could correct the issue I would recommend 100%, however I have to be honest. I have 5 stars for the actual buds, size and sound however I unfortunately cannot give any stars for the case and cable.

I wasn’t expecting miracles at this price but these have genuinely surprised me. Pairing was quick they are comfortable enough to wear for a good few hours and the sound quality is far better than I expected. Plenty of volume too enough to drown out the kids or wife lol The battery life has been solid and the charging case is small enough to chuck in a pocket without feeling like you’re carrying a brick. The only reason I’ve knocked off a star is that the touch controls can be a bit too sensitive. I have paused my music more times adjusting the earbuds than I would like . Once you get used to them it’s not a deal breaker but it’s worth mentioning. Overall if you’re after a decent set of wireless earbuds without spending a fortune I happily recommend these. They punch well above their price.

Well, what a surprise. I had always had in-ear earbuds previously, and liked the ‘enclosed’ feeling that I received, isolation from the background noise, and a strong and loud performance too. These are - almost literally - a breath of fresh air. These ear-buds allow natural ventilation in and around the ear, so you don’t get the ‘hot, sweaty’ feel that previously, I have always had. These stay cool, and because they are ‘on-ear’ rather than ‘in-ear’, you can still be fully aware of environmental happenings, such as other people, cars, motor-bikes etc., and are no longer in a self-absorbed insulated cocoon. Much, much healthier and safer for cyclists, runners, joggers or anyone, who is out and about. And then we get on to the actual sound. The 14.2mm dynamic drivers really lay it on to you. It’s unlikely these units won’t be loud enough for you, they can-be fantastically load, but even when they are set to lower volume, I can still hear every detail, from the quietest triangle in the orchestra, to the big bass drum and cymbal crashes. They are very well built, with a charging case offering USB-C or wireless charging, and the earbuds promise 8.5 hours on a single charge, and, up to 35 hours by using the slim chatting case. Need a quick boost of charge? Just 10 minutes of charging will give you up to 2 hours of play-time. The case shows the main case battery charge as well as informing you of the state of charge of each ear-bud. If you are one of the small number of people who actually use their phone for phone calls (???), they have you covered too, with an excellent dual-microphone DNS call noise reduction and call noise-reduction. And then we get on to the built in 164 language AI translation. It will record meetings, provide simultaneous interpretation - on-ear, or even face-to-face bi-lingual conversation. I am delighted with these headphones, and look forward to seeing other future offerings from Tozo in the future.

Very impressed with TOZO earbuds, especially the value for money! I’ve had several brands over the years, including original Apple, Apple Pros and more recently JLab. In my opinion, these are far superior to the several pairs of JLab and at least as good as the Apple Pros, or maybe better. They are comfortable to wear, sound quality has impressed me and the noise cancellation is fantastic. The connection is always quick and solid - my JLab earbuds would disconnect randomly and sometimes take several attempts to connect to my iPhone, opening/closing the case and putting the earbuds in and out. Really frustrating. The case and buds themselves are more a matt finish which makes them both so much easier to handle when I’m in the move. My previous JLab and Apple would always drop from my hands and end up with sinks and scratches. I would pick TOZO over Apple AirPods, especially the value for money. These are a fraction of the price and just as good if not better.

Well made product and good quality for the money. Sound could be better so not for the hifi enthusiasts. Charger works well and the buds have good battery life.

I have many, many TOZO headsets. I have 3 sets of NC2 and 3 of the wonderful G1. These will be my 7th TOZO purchase. This time, I wanted a headset that wasn't noise canceling but still had the banging sound I have become addicted to. I was also hopeful that the charging mechanism was improved, which so far, it is! What's good about TOZO? Well, quite a bit actually. The price point leaves you thinking 'this can't be any good?', but you'd be wrong. These people have restored my faith in small cheaper electronics. This is why: I first purchased a 'cheap' noise-canceling headset (the NC2) back when I needed something for the gym. I was almost certain that these were probably going to be bad, and quite possibly, not fit correctly, like EVERY other 'in the ear' earphone hasn't. However, after very nearly crushing my beloved Sony XM4 I thought it was worth the punt. I was stunned. They fit!! And, the noise canceling worked very well! The sound quality was utterly perfect for me. I listen to PsyTrance, Drum and Bass and good ole Hard House. The TOZO engineer in charge of designing the sound profile of this device and then developing something with the frequency response and clarity of £650 headset is amazing! I mean, truly! I still have my Sony XM4, but I just prefer the sound of the TOZO headphones. Sorry, Sony. The only negative was the charging connection. After about 4 months of everyday (multiple, multiple times a day) use the left bud wouldn't charge properly, unless I put a little bit of cardboard above the bud, to help it make a connection. I think the dropping in action may have worn the pin down, which caused the problem of it not charging. This is where, even a negative, turns into a positive! TOZO support is bang on! Like really, really good. I got a response timely. I also had an offer of personal assistance, whereby the agent called me to discuss the issue and walk me through the 'hard-reset' process we performed before exchanging the item. No worries. No fuss. Just good solid customer service and attention to detail. The new A2 Mini is the most comfortable of the lot, so far. The battery is amazing and the charging connection is much improved. The only minor negative is TOZO has made the case itself insanely light too. This kinda makes it feel cheap and flimsy. What's more, I can't feel this in my pocket. This makes me think I have lost them. A lot! Only to find them in my pocket, doh! That's it! That's my only complaint about this set of TOZO headphones. Pretty good huh! My only complaint is part of the product's USP. If you're unsure if you want to purchase these; I give them my vote! *I even got a few sets as Christmas gifts.

Whilst these ear buds are what I would call inexpensive, they don't lack in quality. The sound is exceptionally good and they perform on par with higher end brands. The high end notes don't sound tinny and the lows are well presented. The battery life is incredible, they last all day whilst at work and I only have to charge the holder once every 3 to 4 days When i do have to charge them it doesnt take hours like some others do, I also like that the charging port is usb c. The ear buds connect instantly to my phone when in use and they weigh next to nothing in and out of the case. The only negative for me personally is the texture of the earbuds or lack of. There have been several times I've dropped one due to them being a little slippery, so now im just a little more careful when handling them. If you want quality and reliability that fit well in the ear then these are for you, I use them every day and are my go to for listening to music and podcasts whilst at work.

I like the build and price wise it's a good product. The app you can download is really helpful as well. Tozo is a prime example of not needing to shell out a lot of money for a simple product as wireless earphones.

J'utilise ces tozo A1 pour écouter principalement des podcasts sur mon lieu de travail, et j'en suis globalement très satisfait. Ils produisent un bon son, même pour la musique, sans être exceptionnel non plus, mais on ne va pas leur reprocher cela à ce prix. Je ne suis pas un audiophile ,mais je ressens quand-même un petit manque de basses... La réduction de bruit est passive et donc incomparable avec de l'a.n.c... c'est quand-même correcte. Franchement ils font le taff, ils sont très agréables à porter, ne provoquent aucunes douleurs pour ma part... Quelques petits détails quand même, le filtre anti poussière à l'air un peu fragile mais bon, n'oublions pas le prix de vente. Aussi, au bout de quelques jours, le volume du son n'était pas le même d'une oreillette à l'autre, sans doute dû à ce filtre... Mais je tiens vraiment à souligner le sérieux et l'excellent travail du service après-vente qui à été à mon écoute et a résolu mon problème de manière efficace et ultra rapide en remplaçant cette paire par une nouvelle... D'une qualité supérieure Svp !! En toute honnêteté, je ne connaissais pas bien la marque Tozo mais je ne peux que vous conseiller de vous orienter vers cette marque très sérieuse et très prometteuse qui prend soin de ses clients !!
