Works well.
The product itself is great, this is the second truck I have installed one of these on. The instructions are not bad, but dont bother looking for the video links in the instructions or FAQ's. If you prefer visusal instructions like I do the etrailer video was good.

Metric Tools needed
Dee Zee, how about making products with SAE parts. I hate having to find metric tools to install the product you shipped with only half the tools needed. Thanks for the tools, but I needed 4 more, and all were metric except the hammer.That said, it works well, opens slightly faster than I would like but it's ok. It's better than slamming down. Pictures in the leaflet could be a little larger so you can get context of what you are working on.Overall decent and I would buy again.
